They don’t even try. Challupa without sour cream had sour cream, Dipping Burritos Burnt Black, Crispy Chicken taco had regular grilled chunks.

Like if you are out of something, say it, if you hate your job so much you just let people’s food burn, quit, and if you cannot read an electronic order that says without something then just what are you doing.

I ordered a crunch wrap without tomatoes, they got that part right atleast but there barely anything in it is flat with a small amount of meat and fillings, i also got a nachos and cheese taco that was crushed when i unwrapped it with more lettuce than meat on it. Yall need to be more generous again with the meat, youre slacking again and i know the company got reprimanded last time you guys slacked off on the meat in the tacos. Definitely has gone down hill the last few years. I dont ever give bad reviews for taco bell, taco bell had been my favorite since the 90s, but tonight i was just disappointed.

Only 1 of the 6 kiosks were working. Restrooms are also filthy. However, the restroom on the left smells like a bad fish market. Draw your own conclusions as to the smell, I’m respectfully holding back. Order was correct, however the soft taco must have been stale or something. Completely falling apart before rolling it up. I love how much more affordable taco bell is, but these managers don’t have any self respect when their store is poorly managed. I travel a lot . And I’m starting to think taco bell doesn’t know how to select, promot or train their management.

Solid Taco Bell location. Clean and appears to have been recently remodeled/updated dining area. This is a drive thru and or kiosk ordering process. If you not familiar with kiosk ordering an employee will help you. I watch several elderly customers who needed help and the employee was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered a Caliente Chicken Burrito box meal which came with a beef taco and a side of nachos and cheese. I was able to make edits/substitutions on the kiosk (soft taco instead of hard shell). Food came out fast and was very good. They now have the Diablo hot sauce packets which are a notch above the fire sauce which I liked a-lot. Only negative to this location is small parking lot and depending where you park you can get stuck because of the drive thru traffic. Can be hard to make a left turn out of parking lot as well. Overall I was pleased with this Taco Bell!!

My change from a 20 dollar bill was 12.52. She gave me 12 dollars. I said what about my change. She said we are out. I said BS! They suddenly had nickles. This after they rushed my elderly lady trying to decide what she wanted. Poor service!! Do Better Taco Bell!!!

Employees and manager are very rude. They use foul language and are aggressive towards customers especially if you try to get your order corrected because you received the wrong order. Manager does not do well under pressure and cannot multitask. Based on multiple reviews, these seem like ongoing issues. This establishment needs way more training. They only have 1 decent employee making food and he was very polite and kind.

I ordered a grilled ckn cheese burrito with no fiesta chips, chipotle sauce & rice and they gave me a ground beef burrito. i went around and told the guy they gave me the wrong one and he proceeded to tell me i ordered that burrito whenever he did not take my order some women did. I was not mad i just wanted to get the burrito i ordered and then he printed the receipt and read it back to me. He then told me that if i wanted another burrito they were going to charge me so i told him its okay i dont want it anymore and then he was like “ok goodnight” and slammed the door. The girl that took my order was wearing a airpod in her other ear so i understand why they messed my order up.

This is the worst Taco Bell experience we have ever had! While getting our drinks there is an employee on her lunch break sitting at one of the tables using her shoe to hold up her phone on the table. Most if not all of the tables are dirty, along with the floor. Finishing up our food, getting ready to leave, we watched two employees (one male and one female) go in to the bathroom together. Poor customer service for everyone who walked in that building tonight. This will be our last trip to the Emily Drive Taco Bell.

went through the drive thru, didn’t receive the whole order, came back and explained it, then again did not receive what we ordered. Came back to explain what had happened and was argued that we were not charged, and had to explain we had the receipt and were charged. Got up to the window where they begin walking around the station with our bag of food while laughing, looking at us, and then finally handing it out the window to us .. definitely do not trust that situation, or my food now!

we come here because it is late, but for months now we have had nothing but bad food, and service.
