The chicken wasnt cooked right. It was undercooked and elastic. If i could take a video i could show you, but here is a photo. The lady was also very dismissive about the sauces. I get ranch costs now but take it easy. Yes there are lines, but this is the job. I’ve come here before and never had any issues. But this time i have to say something as i was hungry and now dont have time to go back to change my meal.

Elm wood Park, Nj on Rte 46west has been on point every random time I’ve visited, full disclosure I’ve never been inside the restaurant but drive through was Great !! Highly recommend!!

Waited 15 minutes for them to tell me that they don’t take card and then they just close the window on my face after three minutes of them explaining it. I don’t understand how you own a franchise and don’t have enough money to fix credit card. Machines really doesn’t make sense to me.

I remember that evening I went to get some chili I should have got a cup of water is chili I wasn’t even half of cup and I got a small person that took my order was very nice the lady received my money was very nice but the chili was not nice at all I’m going to pay almost $5 I expect to have a full cup what flavor not water not good at all
