Overall the food was good except general tso chicken tasted like they made orange chicken and GTC together. The beef special was very good. The waiter guy was on top of things. Kinda well used inside.

We love Ming’s, and we travel a little over 30 minutes from home just to enjoy it from time to time. With it being one of the only buffets left in our general area, it’s really a gem. It’s always steady with customers and the food stays hot!! Stop in for yourself, you won’t regret it.

This place has a lot to offer! There are way more options than you could ever try in one visit! I will have to go back to try all the other options. Their crab ragoons were tasty. Their dumplings were really good. I really liked the stuffed mushrooms. The filling was great. And they even had hot apple pie on the buffet! I wanted seconds, but I was too full to do that to myself. Everything was hot. And the service was great. Thumbs up for this place tonight!

Food is great! Prices went up and pretty sad they dont offer lunch prices on the weekends. They’re women and men’s bathrooms have always been gross. The lady at the front counter has usually been super nice and always helpful as she’s the one who can speak the most english but this last visit she was rude and pulled the cant speak English card . Not impressed this time around and hopefully they learn from these reviews and can better they’re business because it’s great food. Customer service goes hand and hand though. As for prices we get it inflation hit everyone.

My husband and I had only one problem. We got there over an hour before the restaurant was going to close. We both had the buffet, but when we went up to get some food, most of the food containers were empty. Had to ask for more egg rolls and other items as well. Very disappointing to have to wait for food to be replaced. May as well have ordered off of the menu. Other than that it was good.

There is No Better Value for a Chinese Buffet with shrimp & sushi than Mings Garden in Beaver Dam. I Drive an Hour from Portage once a week. you cant beat it!
& Be sure to tip the Old WHITE guy with the moustache who is bussing the Tables and Refilling the drinks.. (he says he Doesnt get part of the tips left at the counter, so be sure to put it in his hand and Tell him to Keep it-he does a Good job!)

Nice big buffet bar and salad and desert bar.
Food was ok, had better. But selection is great. Very little service, but it is a buffet place. Atmosphere is average, but it is a huge place, great place to hold a party with all the room available.

This is such a great place for take out. You can go and get as much off the buffet, they’ll weigh it up, and it comes out to like $9 a plate, you can’t really beat that!
