I recently ordered 23 Happy Meals for a school event, and the service from the managers: Thelma, Sofia, and Bardo was outstanding. Everything was prepared on time, organized perfectly, and handled with genuine care. This is the second time I’ve partnered with this McDonald’s location for a school event, and both experiences have been smooth, friendly, and reliable. Took over 20 mins to get our fries even though we did online order ahead of time.

The overnight manager has 0 awareness of what’s going on !!!!! he’s not wearing a headset to assure accuracy and good customer service. The employees aren’t reading back orders to assure they got it right ? The manager calls the police on you instead of fixing the problem . My life is at stake cause your employee aren’t trained to know that they satisfy the customer when the employees messed up . They hid in the back holding up the line waiting for the police because the lady taking my order don’t know how to use to mobile codes properly again how is that on me . Y’all need better training or different diversity in there the sandwich was seen laughing walking past the window then the order taker at 2:14 am lied and said she didn’t ask me for the code I will attach a video to show what’s going on in this store at night !!!

We frequently stop by at this location. By far the cleanest , fastest and friendliest. Today for the first time in my life saw two emploees taking apart the soda machine and doing deep cleaning in and out all the way to the ceeling.

Whoever is manager on night of oct. 22 around 9pm-10pm is rude and I don’t think he can hear or his hearing might be impaired. He had a soft blue collared shirt on with glasses on and a bowl cut lol I’m sure he is a manager. He needs to work on his customer service, remember who pays you’re bills bro… young Spanish guy with blue shirt…. be better please in our community stop coming to work thinking you’re a god and can treat everybody like u can’t Hear them.

Bravo, McDonald’s — you’ve cracked the code on pretend environmentalism. Paper straws disintegrating in my drink… but still in a plastic cup. McFlurries in paper cups… but with a big ol’ plastic spoon. It’s like you’re saving the planet one soggy sip at a time — as long as the rest of the packaging keeps the petroleum industry happy. If this is “going green,” I’d hate to see going red.

This McDonald’s is faster than most in the area, but if you have to wait on a order, good luck if they don’t forget you. But what I really dislike is being short changed on my fries and orange juice. This is the only McDonald’s in the area that will give you less for your order of fries (medium and large) and orange juice any . They won’t fill it to the rim unless you ask. This is done to save money on the cost. If they can’t get away with it enough they would save gallons on juice and pounds on fries. And don’t ask for salt packs or a second syrup the employees will give you an attitude quickly. Hey did anyone tell them this Is not your merchandise and you probably don’t get bonuses for the short cuts you take.
