The manager on shift at 8pm tonight is amazing! I ordered from the kiosk because they were so busy with a small crew. The kiosk froze for a couple of minutes. She was so busy running orders to waiting cars, but I still asked her for help. Then I told her, “never mind… the order went through.” I was waiting for maybe another 5 to 10 minutes, and she asked me, “Are you sure it went through, because I don’t see an order with the number that you gave me?” After checking my banking app, it actually did not go through. She rang the order up manually without even asking me to repeat it. I had my food within 2 minutes, and she even remembered my sauce choices correctly! That is definitely not the industry norm. This young lady is an AMAZING leader! She deserves a raise. I don’t know your name, but thank you for being so proficient at your job.

I ordered a happy meal for my daughter from this location. When I got home, I got her a plate and unwrapped her cheeseburger. There was a bite taken out of it… like, teeth marks, half-moon shaped, bite. A McDonalds employee took a bite of my daughter’s lunch wrapped it and put it in the box to be served to a child. We go to this location as it is the closest to us. You can usually flip a coin if the order is going to be right or not; missing sauces, ignored special instructions, etc. But A BITE?! We were there at 1:45pm, today, 12/22/25. I called the location to let them know. I spoke with someone who called herself, “Miss Jackie” and she said she was the manager. I told her what happened. She said that there was no way that anyone would have time to do that. She also said that a piece must’ve fallen off that just looked like a bite. I told her about the visible teeth marks. She dismissed that and said no one would have done that.
TLDR: A McDonalds employee at the Westridge/Battleground took a bite of a burger and wrapped it up to be served to a child. The manager, Miss Jackie, was dismissive of the incident. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Next call: Guilford County Health Department

I came here and ordered two double cheeseburgers and a small fry while I was waiting I witnessed an African American woman with a beanie say quite a few curse words. She was disrespectful towards her coworkers and one of them even looked embarrassed and scared. She called one of her coworkers a name that I thought was very disrespectful,vulgar and almost discriminating. Not only did I witness this I withness the same lady tell a coworker I know what the hell she ordered and what she saying isn’t right give her back her food I’m not giving her a refund. When my order was given to me it was wrong and I was so scared she might offend me that I didn’t want to chance her saying something to me. With language like that I won’t be back and to hear she is a manager in training is preposterous!!! A organaization as big as McDonald’s hired managers like this? How could you get customers to come back ? I won’t be coming back !!!!!

I used to drive past a closer McDonalds to go here because they had it together. The past three times however, my order has been wrong (and, inconveniently, not noticed until I got home.) — a plain quarter pounder instead of the delux I ordered, a sausage mcmuffin instead of an egg mcmuffin and, the third time, a missing cheeseburger.
They need to step up the check for order accuracy.

Don’t go here expecting to get monopoly pieces, this is the 4th time I’ve been to this one and they’re just gone. The first couple times they left the bottom sticker and took the top one off, now they’ve just started taking the entire thing off. The only McDonald’s I’ve ever had this happen at. The foods good, the people are nice, but they def taking the pieces off. I thought maybe it was just what I’m buying doesn’t come with monopoly pieces but I’ve ate at numerous other locations and the item comes with the piece on it. What happened to “first come first served”?
I got there about 6:20 am and I was the only one in line, in the lane closest to the building, and no one said anything when I pulled up. Then after I sat there for a lil bit, someone else pulls up into the outside lane, and guess what, they get their order taken immediately And to put a cherry on top, not only was I skipped, but all I was getting was one regular drink, yet I had to wait a good 7 to 10 mins in line behind a car I should’ve never been behind. Can’t they see who pulls up in what lane?? It’s wild how Biscuitville, further up battle ground did the exact same thing to me around the same time of morning(6:15AM) where I was literally the first and only one in the drive through, yet whoever pulls up after me gets priority lol sheesh

Bad food, good service. Got hooked for the new Spicy Crispy Chicken because of the delicious looking ads. Staff was kind and quick. The sandwich, however, was dried out, with a tiny bit of sauce and two measly pickles. I had to put ranch on it to make it moist. I am very disappointed. I don’t fast food too often, so when I do I want the grease and calories to be worth it! They were not this time.
