Food was good. It was hot and tasted like, well, Arby’s roast beef . Fries were fresh and hot. But the guy at the drive thru was rude. I will go back 1 more time to give them another chance, because you never know what’s going on in people’s lives. Other than that, I paid for a large drink and fries and got smalls. When I asked him about it, he got mad and an attitude. I just smiled and said ok. Even with wishing him a Merry Christmas, he said yeah whatever. I drove away not wanting to come back, but like I said, everyone deserves another chance.

Great fast food at a decent price. Will eat here when shopping at nearby stores. Enjoyed fish & cheddar two for $7 deal. Now serving breakfast as well.

Second or third time I’ve ate at Arby’s and woke up the next morning sick as a dog. Either unsanitary or they undercooked their food. Learned my lesson this time and marking Arby’s off my list of fast food restaurants I’ll eat at.

This has to be the busiest Arby’s I have ever visited, but they were fast at getting orders filled. I literally stupid in a line of ten people and they were hustling to keep things running smoothly.

The major drawback of this location is efficiency. On more than one occasion, I waited in excess of twenty minutes past the time I was supposed to pick up while using the order ahead app. I understand that the app has no way of knowing how busy any location is. That being said, go inside and watch the employees run back and forth one not knowing what the other is doing. Sometimes, multiple people working the same order with zero communication. If they would focus their efforts, it would clear the que faster and be a lot less work on themselves.

The last three times I’ve gone thru the drive thru and ordered a meal with Diet Coke as the drink———the Diet Coke has tasted just awful…when I asked the associate to replace it with Coke Zero,,,,,there was a bit of an attitude but the diet was replaced with zero as requested. I can’t be the only one having this issue

We went through the drive thru on april 6th at 8p.m.
We pulled up to the window and see a tall blond guy just standing there on his phone not acknowledging us or anything and we were there for two minutes with anyobe doing anything. When we saw him grab the food thats when he took our payment. Then when we were leaving he just stared at us. In my experience with fast food places I know you shouldn’t be standing there on your phone and not doing your job, if it was important he should of ask someone to cover and went to the back. The receipt that we got said the name was evan
