I’ve never had bad service here, everyone is friendly and attentive, and my order has never been taken wrong.
Food here is great most of the time, where the fries and chicken are hot and fresh/crispy, although sometimes they can be tough or colder.
The place is usually clean, however since it is popular for families it can be loud and kids run around the place a lot. But it’s usually not problem.

I visited this Chick-fil-A location around 11:40 AM and had an excellent experience. There were no lines, and the service was fast and friendly. The staff member who helped us was extremely polite and welcoming. Our food arrived at the table in about 5 to 10 minutes, and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The place was very clean and well-organized, with a modern and cozy décor. A great bonus is the indoor play area for kids, which makes it a perfect spot for families. It was my first time at this location, and I’ll definitely return if I’m in the area again. Highly recommend!

I must say I was very hesitant to go to Chick-fil-A right before closing but I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and welcoming the staff was. The crew was preparing to close and was assisting one another cleanup and perform closing task while vibing to music and singing amongst one another. I think Jewels and Myles were mangers and it was awesome seeing their interaction and participation with the crew. It was an awesome visit and I even laughed and joked with a few before pulling off. It’s great to know some restaurant staff truly work and take care of their customers till closing. Oh and I must mention the way the food was fresh!

I’ve been to a lot of Chick-fil-A locations, and nothing compares to this one. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and even when the line is long, I know it’s going to be handled smoothly. The hard work yall all put in never goes unnoticed, and I truly appreciate it.

I just left the Chik-Fil-A here at 3195 Riley Fuzzel Rd. Haley, Jewel, and Faith were outstanding!! They were friendly, courteous, conscientious and efficient from the very start when I arrived! They were very helpful with questions I had, as I also serve the community here, and the food service order was accurate and completed very efficiently! Their positivity was sincere! I really anticipate that I will experience their service again in the near future, as they are assets to your already successful business! Cheers!!

This is by far the worst Chick Fil-a I have ever been to. We went to the restaurant specifically because they said to come between 4-8 to receive a prize out of the box. When we arrive no box is delivered with the meal. We go inside and are told that they don’t have anymore, talk about false advertising. Then the manager is extremely rude and says “too bad we are out, you will have to come back next week and maybe get a box”. We ask if they will have a larger quantity of prizes and am told by the manager that it isn’t his problem, we should have arrived earlier. To top it all off we get home and the kids meal is missing the toy and our fruit cup is barely filled up halfway. Just the most disgusting service we have ever received at any Chick Fil-a. Also, the manager was so incredibly rude I don’t know how he ever made it to management at any establishment.

It’s a fine Chick-fil-A location overall. The dining area is definitely smaller than most, which makes it feel a little more crowded, especially during busy times. The food was the usual quality you’d expect from Chick-fil-A fresh, hot, and consistent. The employees were friendly enough but seemed pretty average compared to some other locations I’ve been to, not quite as enthusiastic or personal. Overall, it was a fine experience nothing special, but nothing bad either.

I just want them to fix their chicken. 50+ ingredients in your chicken is NOT okay. It tastes disgusting and every sandwich is now unpredictable- this was the only chicken sandwich I used to eat. The fries don’t even taste like potatoes anymore. So disappointing
