What an excellent establishment! Food came out very fast and was super fresh. The employees were very kind. The woman who seemed to be the manager was friendly with everyone and updating people on the status of their order. The dining area and restrooms were clean, only complaint is no changing table. No playplace but they did have some kidzone video games. Overall great experience and will be coming back!

The girl named Brittany behind the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE for absolutely no reason. They should re-train her, or find a new employee that doesn’t make the customers feel unwelcome. She also forgot my sauce and my hash brown that I paid for. All of the food was cold. The bread was rock hard and unappetizing. I can’t think of anything good about this experience. But, nothing was as disappointing as the customer service. Employees like BRITTANY are bad for business. The management at this location needs to wake up, train their employees, and take their job more seriously. If not, corporate needs to clean house and try again.

Twice I’ve stopped here while traveling to DFW in the last six months. Both times the floors were slippery from grease and food was okay. My most recent visit it took 16 minutes to get my food after using the kiosk to order because there was no one capable of coming to the register. There was a young lady taking orders out to the drive thru, but she wouldn’t even look at me or acknowledge my presence. After 16 minutes of waiting I still got cold fries. McDonald’s is so disappointing.

Stopped in during a road trip. The restrooms were very clean. The bathroom smelled clean. The restaurant was clean. Employees were polite and have service with a smile. Our to go order came out quickly. The French fries were hot, salty, and yummy. The burger was hot and fresh. The soft drinks were bubbly and refreshing. The exterior of the restaurant was clean and orderly. There was plenty of parking.

Who is running this store… It’s crazy People been outside for 30 minutes waiting. And the people who order on the app wait the same amount of time. The person who looks like she is in charge is yelling at the staff. The parking lot is full. Leadership would have went to the line to help. Get rid of her.

The food was alright, albeit a bit dry. But when I went up to the counter to grab my food, the teenager there rolled his eyes at me and told me to “chill”. When I finally got my food, it was cold. But I don’t blame them because the only person in the kitchen was this sweet lady who kept apologizing. I hope this McDonald’s get better staff.

Food is good, but they always have us pull into the mobile pickup spots when we come order in the evenings because the drive thru is so slow. They can’t make orders quick enough.

Run. This place has terrible food. I ordered 20piece nugget first mistake. I asked to have fresh ones cooked before I ordered that did not happen. I was still giving old nuggets. The cashier assured me that they will be fresh. The fries were lukewarm. Never again will I spend money here.

Everytime ive come here i pre order my food and it always takes about 15-20 minutes to get my food out, not to mention the morning manager and the night crew are extremely rude to customers and other workers, i order online everytime i come and i have yet to have a single good experience that makes me want to come back, this last time the worker at the window basically threw my food at me and said nothing the entire time even when i tried to engage, there is no customer service standards here and its ridiculous, i know this comment wont change anything but i hope it helps future customers choose somewhere else.
