My wife has been to another location and wanted to try the one in BG, and I’m glad she did. We were greeted at the door by Mr. William, the best host in town, who asked if we’d been there before, told us about some of the highlights, and made a few recommendations.
They have just about any kind of chicken sandwich you might want, and the best chicken salad on the planet. (Some with grapes and nuts, and some without )
There’s a great atmosphere. You can get a side of soup, salad, or several other yummy sides, even a few healthier choices, and you’ll get a delicious little cookie with your meal.
And all for a good value, brought to your table in quick fashion by a friendly server.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love coming here. It is a 5 star experience every single time. Not only is the food delicious, the service is so excellent! Everytime we come in and see William, we are so delighted. He is such a wonderful person and a true light! You can’t beat the quality of this place. We are currently in line for their birthday special to get free chicken salad chick for a year which is amazing! 10/10

I was waiting for this location to open after trying this franchise in Atlanta. Place was absolutely packed but I can see why. The value of the sandwich combo can’t be beat with sandwich, soup or other side, and small cookie. Lots of grab and go choices from the cooler. The staff were great behind the counter and the nice man walking the seating area checking on people and clearing their tables was great. Food was delicious and I will most definitely be back. Glad they are a part of the BG restaurant scene.

I was blessed to be invited to the soft opening friends and family event, where I got to try multiple menu items. Hands down, the Lauryn’s Lemon Basil flavor is my favorite. But the Sassy Scotty flavor (chicken, bacon, ranch, cheddar cheese) is my very close second favorite! I also tried the spicy pimento cheese, the grape salad, macaroni and cheese, and of course – the sweet tea!
The sweet tea was fresh and perfectly made. I don’t like lemon in my tea, but I appreciated that they had fresh lemon slices and a pair of tongs right at the drink counter.
They didn’t offer desserts on the friends and family day, but I am eager to go back and try more chicken salad flavors and the dessert.
They also have a grab and go case for those on the run!
The customer service was absolutely on fire, every single person was kind and empathetic. Ready and proactive about helping. You all have a great team!

My husband and I had lunch here on Feb. 20th. The restaurant has only been open for a few days but was running well!
There were several people in line but things moved quickly. There are menus by the door to allow you to look while waiting. Employees are circulating answering questions. My husband was able to sample different things before deciding.
We both got the BLT salads. He chose the Barbie Q with a side of broccoli soup and I chose the Olivia’s Old South with a side of grape salad on toasted wheat berry bread. Our sandwiches were delicious and fresh. The sides were extremely good as well.
We enjoyed our meal and will return soon!

We went to the Bowling Green location 11/6/25, it was an awesome experience. WE were greeted at the door by Mr William who is an absolute delight. He checked on us thru our visit even though it was take out and he came outside to help the elderly lady with me into the car. The rest of the staff were friendly as well and very patient as this was the first time to dine at Chicken Salad Chick.
The food was superb. We were very impressed with the quality. Price is a bit high, but the experience and quality did make it worth it.

Have to say this location goes above and beyond! Not only do I enjoy eating there myself, I also use them often for business meetings because of their amazing service. I had a small hiccup in placing a rather large lunch order and BIG shout out to Mendi and the team at Bowling Green for making sure that on 2 hrs notice, they were still able to supply a lunch for 30!!!! And we’re so kind while doing it! I’ll always recommend Chicken Salad Chick…top tier service for sure!
