First i’d like to say i come to dunkin a couple times a day so im a loyal costumer. You would think these ignorant women that work there see my face daily would smile or be nice no they are nasty unfriendly and always have an attitude. It’s all the time every single woman that works there is nasty and rude. You got 10 people working not busy at all and it’s all day getting coffee no smiles no sorry for your wait no shit and i’m fed up to the point where i gotta take time out my day to complain about yall. Dunkin do better when yall hire people cause these women are awful and everyone complains all my family friends co workers say the same. Costumer service is number 1 DO BETTER

The staff has some awesome people, though service is usually a little slow. The drive through speed is usually abysmal. I’ll still go there as my preferred Dunkin’ because the service is still great despite speed. If I don’t order at the counter, I’ll submit a mobile order and pick it up inside because that’s the quickest.

Great location if you don’t have any desire to have anything that they’re currently advertising on TV or the radio or social media. I’ve got a strong suspicion that it’s completely due to the sheer laziness of the staff working there though save your time and go to a different location.

I went here with my thermos to get a cold coffee. I placed my order and asked them to put the coffee in the thermos and they gave it to me in a plastic cup. When I said I was going to take it in a thermos, they said I could put it in it.
My purpose of bringing my own thermos is to reduce your plastic consumption. Could you please give your employees a little more courtesy and information about what to do when I bring the customer’s thermos? Also ice coffee taste is terrible . I never go there again!!!

I got a drink from this location today. I watched the girl dropped a spoon on the floor. Look around to see if anybody seen her pick it back up, rinse it off and then use it to stir my drink when asking for my drink to be remade because of this, I was given an attitude.

This is the new and remodeled Dunkin’ donuts a really nice setup on the inside one of the best I’ve seen. It really helps out the people that work here as it gives them so much more room to do their job, which they do very well. This is the first time I’ve seen a Dunkin that offers a party room for rent. Would be great for those that like have meetings with all the coffee donuts and pastry at your disposal.

Very clean and looks very delicious….. they made my famous drink frozen coffee with mocha … the only thing is I waited a little too long for my drink I think they forgot about it , but it was worth the wait!

It’s a rainy day and a customer was walking in and slipped. Once she got up she asked the employee to put a caution sign by the front door so people don’t fall like she just did. In all honesty the lady didn’t seem to care. There is no rug or anything to prevent a slip and fall. I rated this on no common courtesy to their customer. If I were here I would have lodged the complaint with management to Al least make sure a sign or something was put up and walked back out and gone to different establishment. I witnessed a honest fall and no one cared.
