Our family tries to do brunch every couple of months now that we’re all busier, and Maria’s has become a favorite meet-up. Aside from some tight seating (which really isn’t terrible for us), we’ve quickly come to love the service and food no matter who’s there or what we order.

Food and portions are good. Prices are reasonable. The building is looking a little neglected. There is a curtain between the restroom area and the dining room that adds to this impression. The food service was good but when entering the restaurant with someone in a wheelchair, the “hostess” stood at her station right inside the door as I struggled to hold the door open and getting the wheelchair inside. Also, more elderly diners will probably find the temperature inside to be on the cold side.
