On a Sunday late afternoon…No one in lobby and no one in drive thru. I did a mobile order. Mind you I completed the mobile order in their parking lot. I sat there for a few. Long enough to have my order done or close to it. Then I went to the drive thru lane. I sat their at the drive thru order area waiting for someone to answer me. Then it was a long while before i got my order. Here i thought awesome my food will be good and hot…NOT!!! Ok I live maybe 10 minutes away. Half way home I grab a fry…OMG they are trying to kill you with the salt. The fries were whoa cold. The sprite had no flavor, literally. Get home to eat and the burger was so cold. Yes I probably should have taken it all back but I was not in the mood. I didn’t think I could control my temper. When I attempt to do a survey, the only survey they have is for their digital experience. Not a food survey but a digital experience. I am sorry but I don’t give a shot about their digital experience!!! This Wendy’s is in Bentonville Arkansas on s walnut st. And this is not my first issue with them. I was hoping they might have changed…nope I was wrong!!!

I’m sorry, but I have to give this one star because of how inedible our food was. We ordered burgers, spicy nuggets and fries with drinks. The burger and nuggets were so salty we could not finish. It was bad. Thankfully I said no salt on the fries because they still had some salt on them. The soda machine is off as well. We tried to find a drink that tasted normal, but no.

We ordered food and waited 32 minutes in the lobby before the food came out. What’s crazy is that the drive through was backed up with four people and there were three people inside.
Some dude from the drive through came in freaking out after waiting 30 minutes. He asked for a refund, but they said they couldn’t issue it to him. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone so frustrated.
After waiting half an hour, we got our food and it was good. But I’ve never experienced anything like this before.
There is clearly a management issue at this location. I wouldn’t recommend going in the evening.

Won’t be coming back anytime soon. I used to love going to Wendy’s, but here recently, it’s been crap every time especially this location. Long wait times, luke warm food, ,old stale fries (why are the fries cold when there’s at least 4-5 cars in your drive thru) orders not made correctly (ex. You dont put salad lettuce on a burger or a spicy chicken sandwhich) and crappy service (your drive thru person needs hospitality

Hamburger meat cold french fries still frozen. They keep on getting orders wrong with other people ahead of us. Dining area clean and freezing cold we got a table where the sun was.

This worst drive-thru wait times I’ve ever seen. Severally understaffed and people working both as the window person and the cook. I blame the management here… hire reliable people that show up and work their shifts. I ordered online, so I couldn’t leave. I’ve been here for 15 minutes already am I just sitting at the drive-thru waiting me to say “i have a mobile order”!

Went here for breakfast. We were the only car in line. Waited a long time and so I thought it will be hot and just made. Got our food and it was room temp, bland, and gross. First breakfast sandwich had a hair wrapped up in the wrapping. Got a breakfast burrito, sausage egg cheese croissant, and bacon egg cheese croissant. They all tasted exactly the same. Bland. $21 for bland food that we didn’t finish and went to be one with the trash can. This is a good breakfast at other Wendy’s I’ve been too. Just don’t go to this location.

Stay away from night “service.” Spend $27 on two meals and missed: straws, one combo fry, and a receipt. The food was not fresh (I would guess it was two hours old under heat). Employee scooped ice with the cup itself.
Management…re-train and micromanage or fire if they cannot get basic service correct.
