Today the line was long and the wait was long I was guessing they probably don’t have many workers. Lydia politely took my order took my payment and asked if I needed condiments and a cup holder before she handed me my order. She was very professional and was handling the long lines by herself so well I had to leave a review!

Was there today around 1pm and was served cold burgers. I came back after leaving to get my order done over fresh and all they did was re heat the same old burgers that I returned. If I didn’t have to make a meeting I would’ve turn back around again for refund. Food was terrible waist of money and will not be returning to this location.

First time going to this place it took 20 minutes to order and there was just one car ahead of me took 25 minutes in line to go get the food which I didn’t even get it cuz I got tired of waiting and it was really dirty inside I don’t even want to go try that White Castle at all. Don’t know if they were short-staffed or what was going on but unfortunately my first impression was horrible. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone ever.

This was the first time I actually sat inside the white castle and the food was good. It didn’t take long to get my order. Everything was fresh. The only problem was that there was no running water in the womens bathroom. When I notified the staff they said that “it’s been like that for a while so you are more than welcome to wash your hands in the other bathroom”. I thought that was nice. Hopefully they will put a sign up so you know ahead of time. The staff was really pleasant. I would go there again for lunch.

One of the oldest White Castles on the far southside. Great place for a quick meal of sliders and a Dr Pepper, they also have shrimp and fish as well. Good for the Lenten season now.

This location is just the worst. Not only is the store dirty the employee uniforms need to be replaced . I understand this not fine dining but I as the customer I expect some customer service a smile a thank you for coming greasy hot food and not jargon yea what can I get you is so unprofessional to me and this is just my opinion I visit this location a few time to say they will not clean clean or get better so this was my last time there
