Ive been here quite a few times over the years. Most of them good experiences. I met a friend recently for lunch and we had a couple smash burgers. I tried the new 5 cheese smash burger. It was very delicious!!!! I’d order it again. My only complaint was it was very greasy.

2 for 25 always makes the best deal. We ordered a Chicken & Broccoli Pasta, Baby Back Ribs, and two Hickory Bourbon Chicken. The four meals came with an appetiser of choice so we got the Spinach Artichoke Dip and Mozzarella Cheese Sticks. All meals were great as usual. They’re also perfectly sized for lunch which makes it convenient to continue everyday life. All in all, great spot and food.

Would give service a 0 if possible. We had to find someone to help the table next to us pay, had 2 tables near us walk out, and waited over an hour for food. When we finally found someone they said the food was coming out…told them we didn’t even want it at this point. Two burgers and an appetizer quesadilla should NOT take that long. Asked for the manager and the waitress told us it was theft if we didn’t pay and they have SO many take out orders in the back that take priority.(Saw 2 the entire hour plus we were in there). There were a total of 4 tables in the entire restaurant on a Friday night, told the manager this is exactly why. Waitress is STILL yelling over the manager at this point. I have never experienced anything quite like that and hope no one else has to be subject to that! Great example she provided to my 8 and 11 year old of how not to act! I will commend the manager though, he heard her yelling ‘cash or card?!’ to pay for the food that we didn’t eat and he told us not worry about it. As we were leaving we could still hear him telling her to knock it off. I honestly felt bad for anyone else there!

Me and some family friends were there a few nights ago and our waitress Julie was very attentive, so the service was amazing. Food tasted great and they weren’t horribly busy so it was very quick as well. 10/10 experience

Everything was great. Hadn’t been to a Ruby Tuesdays in a few years an went for the salad bar (always a favorite). The servers were great and had great attitudes. Felt like they were a little short staffed (two waitresses for two sections and bar area, with no bartender) and the kitchen was a little slow. Is still recommend, but plan for a little longer time on my next visit.

Would give them 0 starts if I could. Ranch is nasty. Food is bland as hell. The fries are cooked but soggy. Hardly any sauce on my burger. Grease all over my burger and still flavorless. That’s an accomplishment would rate 0 starts if I could!!!!!

The worse meal I have had in a long time!! Fish on Friday! The fish and chips! Straight out a box, no seasoning, bland, greasy and should not be on the menu or served to anyone! Please consider taking this off the menu! Fast food fish is top notch compared!

Waited over an hour to receive our food and the food wasn’t even good. I wish I could warn everyone about this place because I still can’t believe how long it took for a smash burger and my steak that was supposed to be a 6oz ribeye that was most definitely not a 6oz. It was more like eating jerky that was as thin as paper. That’s not an exaggeration either. I only wish it was. It was supposed to be a medium steak as well. I think the only food that was good was the coconut shrimp but that was it. The smash burger was so wet you’d probably see flys getting ready to swim in it after it was thrown out because she couldn’t finish it. Not because she was full but because it was just so wet and flavorless. Like it was boild unseasoned ground meat. We went to burger king on the way home because we basically didn’t eat anything and wanted an actual full meal worth the price paid for it.

Had a party of 15 for an 89th Bday party, the service was great from the first call to make reservations. When we arrived, Cheyenne was our server. She was exceptional from helping us surprise the guest of honor to ensuring all guests had everything they needed. When we realized we forgot candles, she even offered to go buy some for us. I hope Ruby Tuesday’s recognizes how lucky they are to have Cheyenne on their team. She is a huge asset to this business. All 16 of us would return!
