Excellent late night drive-thru service at 12:45 am. Got 2 orders of Jack’s Munchie Meals. Double Jack, 2 tacos, onion rings, good good sauce, one diet coke and one vanilla milk shake. Food was very good 5 out of 5 stars.

The buns on the jumbo jacks were so saturated with grease I felt nauseous just looking at it. The fries were cold and my iced tea tasted like mold!!! What happened to the our Shelton all American Jack in the Box???

This particular place is definitely a good one clean and friendly. The manager must be a good one and doing their job very well. My hats off to them. The food like always was great.

It has been awhile since I last ate at JITB, and was shocked to see how expensive it is to eat there now. I really wanted breakfast and it was outside the breakfast window, so I decided to go to JITB. I ordered two sausage croissants (plain), a chicken sandwich meal, and an extra medium fry; those few items costed around $40. The sausage croissants were cold, dry, and fairly small for $8 each. They have no options for deals like buy one get one, so it costed $16 for the two mediocre sandwichs, too. The chicken sandwich was ok. The curly fries were mostly broken pieces that were overcooked and hard. For $40, I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and had a decent meal for $20 a person, let alone breakfast.
I don’t believe I’ll be going back again. There are much better options that are cheaper and tastier.

Did a online order. Egg rolls were hard as a rock and tasted burnt. Also ordered mini tacos with cheese and something else on them and they came plan and harder then a rock couldn’t even eat them.

The curly fries were terrible!
They were hard, dried out, and just small pieces, like day old leftovers. Service was so so.

I went to the drive through late night, I made a mobile order at 2:11. Went to the speaker worker said he would be right back, I went at 2:15 or so we waited until 2:28 till we actually got a response from the worker asking for our order. When then drove away after putting it in and sat in the driver through till 2:34, watching the worker talk to an entire car full of girls. After finally getting to the window they asked our order, worker made my drink. We left finally at 2:41 just to realize he didn’t even give me the right drink to begin with. I ordered a sour patch kid watermelon lemonade and we got a soda water with cream and flavoring…not really sure why this place got that mixed up, worker even said what the drink was out loud then proceeded to make the wrong drink
