WOW! Amazing food and even better service. Thanks JAMAL for your politeness. I was having a major craving for roast beef sandwich and ARBYS hooked me up. Hot and fresh and Jamal was super helpful. Almost comically bad. I ordered a simple meal here, the Ham and Swiss Melt combo, and literally every aspect of the meal was awful. The fries were stale and old. The cheese had a weird bitter flavor to it. The ham was actually somewhat decent but also had a distinctly bitter, chemical taste to it. The bread was actually the best part, but that’s not saying much. And the fountain drink had almost no syrup in it. Not often do you have an entire meal fail on all fronts, typically at LEAST the soda is okay. Never coming here again.

If there’s one thing that bothers me about an establishment, it’s the attitude of the employees! There’s a woman at the register who’s super despotic! How awful! I asked for my order, she didn’t respond; she completely ignored me. How annoying! I’ll never come back here!

I have visited twice this week, and both times I was greeted by a young woman who deserves recognition for her hard work and lovely attitude. I have poor vision so I could not read her name tag, but she is tattooed and is such a superstar! Both of my visits this young lady was working the inside customers and the drive through and was very accurate and efficient even with no workers. This young lady is awesome and makes your store a better place.

Food was not great. The nachos cheese tasted like plastic to us. We didnt like the food, it was cold and nasty. The coffee we ordered did not contain any sugar after we asked for 7 packets. Won’t be returning.

Last night I went threw Arby’s Drive threw to get diner for my Mother-in-law my Wife and I. I ordered a burger and fries for myself. When I got home and opened the burger I ordered I nearly lost my appetite. Busy or not I think that a little more care should have been taken to present a their product. Very disappointed.
Follow up, Arbys contacted me and made the situation right. I appreciate them responding and following threw until the situation was righted. On my next visit I was very happy not only with the presentation of the burger but the excellent customer service I received. Thank you Arby’s
