I adore this breakfast diner! The food was delicious but Pam made the experience so special for us. I loved talking with her!! Special thank you to Pam!

We got an Omelette, Chocolate Pancakes, Hot chocolate, and the Biscuits & Gravy. All of it was yummy!! I especially recommend the hot chocolate the whip cream was homemade and it was so good!!

Hubs and I stopped in for breakfast before heading out to the national park. I got the egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. It was okay. Hubs got the breakfast with pancakes. He said the same. Okay but nothing memorable. Service was hard to get coffee refills.

Needing a late lunch, I stopped in and ordered the Hungry Man Burger and onion rings. Very pleased with that. The gentleman cooking my order was very friendly! Came back the next day for brunch. All of our egg breakfasts were delicious. Highly recommend for good diner food!

This cute little hole in the wall has amazing food. The staff are very nice and the environment is welcoming. If you come make sure you get one of their many flavors of English muffins! There are currently 12 flavors.

NOT a good experience at all, which is really sad, because we were really looking forward to trying this place out based on the reviews. We ordered the eggs “over medium” and they were super runny to the point that my girlfriend wouldn’t eat them. I ordered chicken and waffles and it was truly awful. The (only) waffle was dry and tasteless. I’ve had better waffles at the free breakfast you get at hotels. Worse, the chicken was just some generic frozen tender they buy in bulk and just slice it up and toss it on top. It was also dry and tasteless. Even a healthy dose of syrup couldn’t save the chicken, nor the waffle! The waitress dropped off the food in a rush & NEVER came by to check on us. When she brought the bill, she seemed oblivious that we basically didn’t eat any of the food. While paying the bill, I mentioned to the lady (who’s apparently the girlfriend of the owner) that the food wasn’t good. I showed her the pictures you see in this review. She said “sorry” and made a few excuses (she “doesn’t like chicken and waffles,” and “maybe the chicken wasn’t good because of the vendor,” “the waitress is usually better about that” and whatever). She offered to take 10% off our bill, but that was laughable so I declined and just paid it. At least the coffee was good. We definitely won’t be back. I can make better breakfast at home.

Let’s start with saying the staff are very friendly and pleasant. The food is your typical cafe food but with a forgettable taste. For two adults and three children we spent $81. I find it to be rather expensive for a basic breakfast.

I enjoy these little diners that remain homestyle in this technically challenging world. A happy server takes your order on an “old school ” ticket book. Coffee is hot and fresh. Your entree is actually made from scratch, and you can taste the difference!! Pay at the register. Lake views from the enclosed patio. Wonderful place. I’d eat here again.

We were headed out of Hot Springs going home. Looked up breakfast restaurants and this one did not disappoint. I’m a huge local breakfast restaurant/diner fan. The service was excellent. The food was fabulous and coffee was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and sweet. Would highly recommend if in the area.

The Red Hat Society of Arlington – “Girls in Pearls” had an amazing time at the English Muffin. The service was great and the food was incredible! I love Waffle House, but they could be fierce competitors. The hash browns were outstanding, and every bite was pure joy! I forgot to take pictures while devouring the meal, sorry! Let’s just say there were no empty plates! My mom, a coffee expert said the was so smooth and delicious until I had to find out for myself. And I concur!! Thank you to the kind and generous staff, and the phenomenal cook team of the English Muffin, for an exquisite breakfast! Also, let’s not forget the various flags, a giant t-shirt, and other items representing the Team Spirit around the walls and ceilings. We had a time trying to see how many we knew. Once again, thank you all for the great hospitality that was shown to us.
