When we walked in we couldn’t the door was locked. We had to walk around the whole Wendy’s just to get in the door, the door been broken for six months I don’t know why I still go here we got five dollar biggie bags and there not five dollars they messed up and gave me spicy nuggets and I wanted regular nuggets the spicy ones were cold in the middle and spicy on the outside and it gave me explosive diarrhea they forgot a nugget and a fry in one of our biggie bag. they need to put the fries in the bag.

Floors are extremely greasy. I know they have fryers for fries and nuggets but the entire floor in the restaurant is greasy even in the restrooms. The staff didn’t care either. Kindness of the young lady working at the window is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars here. Service was really slow at the drive through and not much going on at the location when I was there. I felt bad for the people waiting behind me. The card reader went out while I was there. The cheeseburger is super cold and the fries are stale and seem like they have been in a refrigerator for 24+ hours after they pulled them out of the frier, but the nuggets were actually good and fresh.

Drive thru was long so decided to go inside and order the food to go. New person was running the counter and should have had help from his manager(but didn’t),as you could tell he was overwhelmed and didn’t know what he was doing. Service took FOREVER, and the food was cold before he even finished getting everything prepared. I didn’t order anything crazy either…a nugget kids meal for my daughter, Son of a bacconator meal for myself, and 2 frosties. My sandwich was pathetic and overpriced, the fries were cold and disgusting. I should have just gotten the 5 dollar biggie bag and come out cheaper and the same amount of food for less money. Wish I could get a refund..but no receipt was provided to even inquire. DO BETTER WENDY’S!

FILTHY! DISGUSTING! UNSANITARY! How can anyone eat here? I’d rather eat in my chicken coop than eat here. At least I know my coop gets cleaned regularly. Look at these photos! Really? Hate God
Whoever was running the shift on 08/29/25 at 8:10pm EST should be admonished and/or fired because I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes in silence before leaving. Wendy’s food is good, but waiting 10 minutes just to order FAST food isn’t worth it. Usually I’ve had good experiences, but my wife has had this happen before too and it sours the rest.

I asked for a Classic Chicken Sandwich which should have on it, pickles. I got the small end piece of the tomato and no pickles. The chicken was dry and I’m gonna guess they ran out of stuff. maybe they need new management. But I guess this is what you get when you take a gamble with fast fat food.
Also we did not receive a receipt because they apparently ran out of paper. Which I don’t believe and it is actually required by law to give the person there receipt.
