Unfortunately, Had to come here because the wife made me bring my son due to the establishment having a play set with punching bags. This business in my opinion sales very bad food it’s slop rolled up into what they call a burrito. If you want Authentic Del Taco go to Barstow. I wont go out of my way normally to stop at any Del Taco in Victorville or Apple valley. Staff looks like they work hard it’s just no appearance of leadership just a cooking free for all. I would avoid this place in general some businesses need to die for something good to rise. This is the bad business that needs to fail.

Food is okay, it’s food. But it’s the workers I don’t know who the manager is but two women were consistently arguing the whole time we waited for our food quite embarrassing how she spoke to her employees and the poor male worker just doing his best when she berated what he did even though he didn’t exactly as she asked and they all just looked stressed it made ME stressed the way she spoke to them just very rude in general honestly. Poor service took forever wouldn’t stop arguing with each other the guy was nice though

So today I ordered this fish taco combo at the drive thru excepting it to be $10-12 but I had a coupon for 2 free tacos when we went to the cashier window the cashier name Sharla scanned and clicked it and at the end I double checked with cashier to make sure my order was complete with two free tacos. And she said yes there are 2 extra tacos and we checked it later and the tacos were not in there. So we walked In and checked ?.
But then manager told us that you need to purchase something to get two free tacos. When we already purchased our food so we told her to do the purchase with that order and she said solid NO.
Therefore unfortunately we will not visit anymore we’ve been visiting here back in 2012 with my kids just like visited today .

Customer service was awesome. Sadly, I didn’t get her name. She was very sweet and pleasant. She took our order like a pro. Our order was perfect. The food was hot and very tasty. We will diffiantly come back again. This is one of the best Del Taco

I don’t think there’s enough words to describe my experience at this del taco location but I will try. I went on Thursday 9/5 around 7pm. As soon as I walked inside I received a warm welcome from the cashier Hannah( i asked for their names as I was walking out) and that’s something you don’t see at other restaurants. When I got to the counter I was greeted by Alina , Emma , and Martin with such great attitude. You can just tell they love what they do. I didn’t have to wait long for my order and my food was made perfectly. My Cali bacon was top tier and my fries were perfect as well. All 4 then wished me a good night. If you were to ask me if I’d ever visit this location again I would enthusiastically say DEL YEAH!!
