Definitely going to echo some of the other reviews that the workers at this location are racist to the point you cannot be served. When I attempted to get a box for leftovers from a worker I was given several rude looks and ignored as she continued to serve other customers. After several minutes I left the counter and asked another white customer to assist me in getting a box which worked because within less than 30 seconds the worker greeted the white customer and gave her a box. Unless you are prepared to solicit help from other white customers please don’t come here POC! You’ve been warned.

I’m absolutely disappointed with the lack of “service” Mod pizza did not provide. We ordered directly off the Mod website for delivery and once the order was delivered it was wrong.
We ordered 4 pizzas and a salad arrived…. not one pizza. I was able to catch the really kind delivery driver and he told me that is what the restaurant handed him. Yes he should have double checked but if the restaurant handed it to him they are at fault as well…
I called MOD pizza followed the prompts for delivery and got an extremely rude lady named Crystal or Krista. She placed my order for re delivery it got delivered almost 2 hours after my original order time and the food was cold so it’s very clear it was the pizzas that were originally suppose to be delivered. There was even the original delivery receipt on one of the boxes.
I called back and got the same rude lady on the phone. I asked for a refund she wasn’t able to do that, I asked for a manger and she stated “you’ll never be able to talk to a manager”. I asked so there’s nobody above you to talk to and she stated no and hung up….
I’ll start driving to Woodinville at least I’ll get good service there….

One of the best pizzas! Love thin crust, so this is my fav place for pizzas. You can add unlimited toppings, yes unlimited! Multiple meat toppings on the same pizza as well. Great veggies options too. We ordered one small and one large pizza for 2 of us. It was sufficient. Great ambience too. Definitely try it out.

My wife and I came over here and there was this lady I didn’t asked her name because I was super mad and i didn’t want to talk no more. But she was rude and racist. As immigrants it’s sometimes hard to find the proper words and in this case happened when we were customizing the pizza. This lady started talking rude and put bad expressions with her face. Rolling eyes. and when I said pepperoni for example and I made a pause THINKING about how to say another ingredient she was like something else something else like several times. My partner told her like hey calm down we are thinking, she again rolled eyes. And she keep saying something else something else several times. like if we didn’t understand. So sad we choose this location. Usually we are going to the one in Lynnwood but they were out of Califlower crust. The worst part it’s that the pizza came BURN, I didn’t want to tell her anything because of her bad attitude. She ruined our date after a long journey.

Delicious food, amazing service! There was a considerable wait when we got here but I think that was just a dinner rush. The line was always moving and pizzas were coming out every couple minutes.
The people working the counter were amazing. We asked for dairy-free cheese for our son, and she even asked if we wanted her to change gloves to prevent cross-contamination, which was great service!
The pizzas and salad were delicious and very fresh. Perfect dinner!

Loved it! Perfect sized pizza and add any toppings you want at no extra cost! Tried two mods today and totally loved it. The customer service was amazing. They asked me if it was my first visit and explained about the menu and the process. They were very patient while we looked at choices and made sure we got what we wanted. Five stars for this location. Will go back again.
