I ordered a biggie bag, everything was cold, staff was incredibly rude, i walked in and there were two big guys standing at the lobby register, they were being loud and obnoxious the entire time i was waiting for my order and they were clearly on something which isnt a surprise since red headed “manager” was not competent and slurring her words. This place was getting better now its the same exact way it was before!

I would say this Wendy’s is above average as far as Wendy’s franchises go. Service is quicker than I’ve come to expect from the chain and on par with McDonalds. Food was well prepared and fresh, will definitely work it into my fast food cycle in Sierra Vista.

Very clean and looks new. They had RV parking lanes which is so helpful. We have a truck and 5th wheel.

No adult supervisor works here, it’s like a daycare where all you hear is co workers goofing around, I asked for supervisor non available, placed online order girl that came to window had no manners, no problem solving skills just an attitude, I asked for her name she refused to give me her name. This is probably why this Wendy’s has the ratings it has. Will never go here. Never been so upset. I had to give her the attitude she gave me. Please hire adults with customer service skills.

Been craving a baked potato from this place for awhile but they were always out by the time I got there. Called tonight to ask about availability and the guy that answered the phone was absolutely amazing. He set aside a couple for me and when I got off work I went to go pick them up. These are the best potatoes I’ve had in awhile! Absolutely smothered in chili and cheese and super fresh! I forgot to get your name but you ran out to my car a couple of times to make sure my order was right. I hope you see this. Excellent customer service, excellent food!

5/2024 Went in at noon. We were 2nd in line. Young lady taking the order is new, she was a sweet girl. However, by the time we got to place our order there were 7 people behind us. The new person wasn’t being assisted and had to go ask for help several times while we ordered. Food was ready quickly. However. the baked potatoes ordered with sour cream but none was with the order. I suggest don’t leave a new hire on the register alone at noon. Otherwise the food was good.
1/2022. Tried the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant. Yummy! Also the Seasoned Potatoes which are like thin sliced potato wedges, they were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Unexpectedly nice breakfast! Restaurant was clean, bathrooms needed HELP. Service a little slow, they are trying to hire and as with much of America right now, people don’t want to work.

Unfortunately the fryer was broken down and was not able to be filtered properly. Thus leaving large amounts of coal like blackened carbon particles coating the fries. I was simply disappointed to see the store manager still selling the fries. Pictures included. Sierra Vista, AZ. Do better…

Ordered w/o onions for a child with allergies, cashier repeated no onions, no condiments, twice. Autistic child was very upset with no burger. I drove the 18 miles back, very agitated. Manager? Short ugly angry Hispanic man was very aggressive. Drive thru cashier was somewhat helpful in a refund. Time and miles and agitation, be damned, I will never patronize this Wendy’s again….my sister may.

Employees were nice but the spicy chicken sandwiches we ordered were not very good. They were dry and over done. There was a tiny slice of tomato and a piece, and I mean tiny piece, of lettuce on them. Won’t probably go back… shame because I love a good Wendy’s but this one is a no.

All I can say is wow , last couple years this place has really went down hill until just the other night got off work late and was really craving a burger and all I can say is the staff from my last experience was top notch food tasted fresh, fries were crispy and hot everyone was friendly it was amazing I hope it stayed this way because I’ll definitely be going back, way to go guys !!!
