Ordered a sausage and egg biscuit combo. The sausage on the biscuit was so burned and overcooked I was unable to eat it. No flavor just burned. I was on my way to work so I picked through it. But to serve someone this is unacceptable. Its probably been sitting for hours too.

This location has the worst Customer Service ever. I’ve been so polite for the last two years to the Rutherford St location. But this time I’m calling them out. I’ve had enough of their bad service every time I come there we have to be on pins and needles with this location. Today, I tried to place an order through the drive . No one said anything until I completed my order. The lady says with an attitude I’m taking another order!! They should’ve said that at the beginning. I yelled back. I am over this location. I hope corporate either shut this location down or find better workers.

I just moved to an area that has Hardee’s. I grew up on Hardee’s and I’m happy to get reacquainted. I’ve seen ads for the blueberry biscuit and that drew me. So I went to the drive through. I asked for a sausage and egg biscuit but on a blueberry biscuit. I was told, “ we ain’t got a button for that”.
She then offered to ring up a blueberry biscuit with a side of sausage and egg, but I would have to assemble myself. What?!?
The biscuit is the exact size of a hockey puck.

My wife and I tried to use the drive thru this morning to order breakfast here. We ordered, and then no one said anything for approximately five minutes, so we pulled up to the window.
At the window, the cashier said “what yall order” and I said that no one responded so we thought we’d pull up to the window. Then the cashier berated us for pulling up, saying “we gotta talk to these people inside too,” among other things. My wife pointed out that they could’ve also said “we’ll be with you in a minute,” and then the cashier started yelling at us again.
Easily the most bizarre interaction I’ve ever had with another person in a customer service context. Will not be returning to this place again, as it is operated by some of the rudest people I’ve ever seen.

First time customer and I had a blast. Ordered the new grilled cheese sausage breakfast sandwich my goodness was it amazing. I will definitely be back and this will be my new favorite place. Great customer service and got my food fast and it was amazing.

Accuracy of drive thru seems to constantly be an issue – check your order for missing items closely. Make sure tea is sweet if you order it that way – many times they *forget* to add the sugar.
Food quality at breakfast is always very good… If you can get it.

I normally use the Drive-thru but when I do go inside it’s mostly a good experience. Of course it’s considered fast food so it’s as good as it gets. I have no qualms about it or the ppl I’ve always had a great experience.
