The service here was by far excellent. From the person running the register to the very nice lady working the lobby making sure we had everything we need. I managed fastfood for 17 years and this is how service should be done. The breadsticks were delicious and the meal as a whole was decent. For fastfood italian. And the value was great. I paid a decent price and left full! Highly recommend!

I’ve been to A LOT of Fazzoli’s and this one kinda impressed me the other night. New Years Eve and they were open for travellers, had a large order that came in quick succession (many places break it up and you end up eating separately). Our “server” was super nice and brought extra breadsticks for my kids. He pre-bussed the table as we were finishing (LOVE THAT) and sent us off with well wishes. Great experience to start the New Year. Keep it up, guys.

$21 for two sandwiches that look like this? Supposed to be club sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoes . Definitely no lettuce or tomatoes! Check everything when you go through the drive thru. I waited until I was 6 miles away.

Rhonda was very attentative to our needs, my husband was going to go up to the counter for extra alfredo sauce and she said “I’ll get that for you, sit and relax” Rhonda was very pleasant and kind and her smile lite up the room. jo Food was great. We’d come again!

The food was fast, fresh, hot and delicious. The waitstaff im the dining room was beyond friendly and helpful will recommend any days especially for a fazoli. The atmosphere was a little down because the music choice but that isn’t the staffs fault.
