Last night I went through the drive thru, and picked up food. I took a bite out of my Mcchicken and when I tell you it was the worst bite I have ever taken, I am not exaggerating. I grabbed the mcchicken and it was a bit cold, but didn’t think much of it. I knew they were busy. But once I bit into it, the chicken was completely cold and immediately breaking down. I was confused thinking they must of served me a Fish. But it came to my surprise that when I opened the sandwich the chicken was coming apart and you can see clearly how it was uncooked. It was mushy and cold. It was coming apart in my hand. I am not one to leave a negative review but this is not okay. This has been a really bad experience that I will never forget. I will add pictures of the sandwich, I have a video as well, but it will not let me post on here.

This McDonald’s location is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. I stopped in today to treat my kids to an after-school Happy Meal, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The employees were dull and rude no greeting, no direction, nothing. I was standing at the register with my three kids, one of them a toddler, for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging us or telling us to order on the screen or elsewhere. What made it worse was that another customer came in, and the manager or shift leader (a woman) rushed to take his order immediately.
When our food was finally brought out, no drinks were included. I had to stand at the front waiting for someone to notice me, while several employees just stood around. A male employee in the kitchen who appeared to be a shift leader simply stared at me. It wasn’t until the youngest employee asked if I needed something that I was finally helped. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The only thing I kept hearing from the female shift leader was “I got you”

Waited 10 minutes for my order that never came so I went inside. The manager told me they were busy waiting on people inside. Then I had to wait for my order to be made and when the manager handed me my food, she said absolutely nothing to me NOR looked at me. RUDE!!!
Barely had room to park in the ONLY curbside space available because trucks (with no one in them) were parked over their lines. Every single vehicle parked in curbside pickup was empty…they were all inside!!

I only go to McDonald’s for my Mocha Frappe. They are much better than Starbucks and much more consistent. I’ve gotten them at many different locations and states, with very similar results. The only time I’ve been less satisfied is when they don’t blend it enough and there are large chunks of ice at the bottom. It makes it very difficult to drink, as the chunks of ice clog the straw, but that only happens about 5% of the time. Other than that, they’re a wonderful way to enjoy your coffee. Give them a try.

I placed a mobile order and was asked to pull up to the first reserved stall. I waited for around five minutes and had to continually reposition my vehicle as the placement of the reserved stall was ill planned and does not compensate for the narrow, one way drive thru lane nor the individuals behind you that receive their orders before you. Upon receipt of my order, I discover that they did not follow my preparation instructions, which was to not include mayo or onions. If I’m having to wait for my order, I’d expect it to be correct.

Came here at night, drinks came to me flat and no flavor.
Order taker rushed my order and anything elsed the life out of me. Even with me being kind and respectful they were very unhappy and rude
Food came out and fries were cold, tasted like they had been sitting out for over an hour.
Burgers were stale bread, cheese wasnt melted, and even though i ordered multiple sauces during my order i did not receive it and still had to ask at the window. Also received attitude for that.
After pulling out my food and feeling how cold and nasty everything was i just pulled back through for a refund which was also a difficult process.
Overall do not recommend this location unless you want to feel like a inconvenience for ordering a meal and enjoy horrible food quality.
Waste of time.
This location needs a redo on customer service, food quality and job abilities.

We had to repeat our order 3xs thru the drive thru, then repeat it again at the windows, then they messed up our order. They no longer make Carmel sundays…but make Carmel frappes, take the Carmel you dressed on top and make the Sunday. Problem fixed. If you order extra big Mac sauce on ur big Mac, they put spicy big Mac sauce on and it’s super spicy. Again just another reason not to go to McDonald’s.

Never coming back to this McDonald’s again it’s been about two years that I’ll be coming to this McDonald’s and yet not one single order has been wrong until today. I always get my caramel macchiato with extra syrup and today wasn’t the day that it was right the coffee was bland and no extra caramel whatsoever in my coffee and I’m unhappy because they showed me with my two dollars and yet I paid for four dollars worth of coffee and no caramel whatsoever. McDonald’s you better take care of this problem because I’m unsatisfied with my coffee. It has no caramel and it’s watered down and it’s not sweet and also the Mexican lady was very rude and if she was the manager, she wasn’t really fit to be the manager

This was hands down one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal, a McChicken, and a small fries. The lady who took my order had zero customer service skills from the start. When I walked out and checked my bag, I realized the fries I PAID for weren’t even in there.
I went back to the door, but a Hispanic male worker locked it right in front of us, and the same lady who took my order just stood there staring with no effort to help. We went to the drive-thru window to at least get the fries I was missing, but the male worker told me he “couldn’t give me fries” because his system was down. That makes no sense I had already paid, and they owed me my food. Instead of helping, he got smart with me and had the worst attitude.
This location clearly has no respect for customers and zero professionalism. The entire crew is a bad look for Benbrook. They never take responsibility, they’re rude, and they just don’t care. Absolutely horrible never going back

The food was good but not what I had ordered on the app. And i was missing items. when I brought it to the attention to the lady at the window she was completely unaware of menu and what they serve. She handed me a random drink and said ” we will try to refund the difference” then closed the window. Instead of getting upset, I just found it amusing. I understand the difficulty of getting good help and good employees. Evidently this employee was definitely a swing and a miss. But the good thing is, I get to try items on the menu that I would usually not order.
