I will never ever order food from there ever again staff rude. My food was cold and gave me the wrong food and then when I went back to exchange it, they’re talking about I have to pay more unacceptable when I looked at my receipt. I had the correct items that I ordered on my receipt, but when I looked in my bag, it was the wrong items in my bag so make that make sense. Why do I have to pay more?

Incredibly disappointing visit. I stopped by for two chicken sandwiches and ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. After that ridiculous wait, the staff handed me the completely wrong order.
The most frustrating part was the poor customer service. Not only was there no apology for the half-hour delay and the incorrect food, but they made no effort to apologize or offer anything complimentary for the major error and inconvenience.
Waiting that long and still getting the wrong item shows a clear need for better training and management. Avoid if you are in a hurry, and definitely verify your order before you leave.

The food is quick and tasty usually. Only complaints I have is one tome getting chicken sandwiches with the chicken being close to Jerky. Its normally good though

If I could give zero stars I would. I spent $22 on three pieces of chicken that are not even edible. They have been sitting under the lights for so long. You can’t even tear them apart. This is absolutely disgusting . Please serve fresh food.

poor customer service like always, they’re very rude and have no sense of urgency . opened my bag to no sauces, napkins, or utensils. i was very surprised to see a piece of chicken with chunk of batter, tried to scrape it off to salvage it but underneath was raw, pink chicken. I went back to ask if the manager is here and the girl at the front counter says “yes” and just stares at us. we start explaining the situation and another worker in a black shirt (maybe the manager we don’t know) comes up and asked what happened, we explain it, and he says “it was probably from 2 pieces sticking together in the fryer.” we asked if any employees had health cards and one person said “I have mine”, one person.

I just bought a 5 piece meal for 15.99 and I got nothing but bread crumbs. I got five super skinny strips only two had some chicken. This is very disappointing since their specialty is chicken. I will never eat at this place again.
