I got delivery tonight & I’m right next door in Salem MA & it should’ve been hot, it wasn’t. It was cold & didnt even taste good. The quality of KFC has really gone down. I ordered a 3 piece honey bbq chicken meal & only got 2 pieces. I wish the restaurant could be held accountable & either given me a refund or better food, recooked. I’ll never order again.

I went to KFC on Lynnway today and had a really great experience. The manager and the cashier were both very attentive and kind. I hadn’t been there in a long time, so I was a little confused with the menu, but they patiently helped me choose something. I really appreciated that. Also, the original chicken is still just as good as the last time I came. Definitely coming back. Thank you!

Garbage location.
I placed order # 533398591 on the app. After 10 mins I went through the drive thru.
A woman with extreme attitude told me I would have to wait 5-10 more mins. After 10 MORE mins I go inside to investigate my order.
The woman DECIDES TO YELL AT ME and tells me “I told you to go through the drive through, you don’t listen.”
After that I asked to cancel my order and she said I’d have to call corporate.
Completely avoid this location.

I was at KFC Lynnway about 10 minutes ago. I thought it was already closed, but I went through the drive-thru just in case. The manager explained that on Fridays and Saturdays they’re open late. She was very kind and helpful.
I ordered a 5 pc tenders meal, and she recommended the option that comes with two sides, which was a great suggestion. It really helps that they’re open this late since I get out of work around this time. Thank you for the great service!
