Unfortunately, the service was not what I expected. I was the only customer at 9:30pm. I order a Santa Fe burger with fried chicken instead of grilled. He even repeat my order, so I make sure he get the right order. As you can see, I got the wrong sandwich after waiting to be made fresh (the sandwich was warm-not fresh at all). Also the tenders where darker than usual . I almost went back but wasn’t worth the drive and the argument. So sad because I’m a regular customer, that I’m gonna think twice to go back.

I go order 4 chicken club sandwiches wait 12 minutes for them to get made they ask me if I want bacon on them well obviously its a club I pay 33 dollars get home I got 4 crispy chicken sandwiches with no bacon no cheese which is ridiculous because thas why it cost more I call they didn’t seem to care at all ok never going there again

First of all, this was a really disappointing experience, and unfortunately I can’t recommend this location. They forgot to include one of our items in the order — mistakes happen, so I went back to let them know. When I returned, the cashier didn’t notice I was standing there until she happened to look up at the monitor. I politely explained that an item was missing. She simply said “okay” and asked a team member to make it. No apology, but fine.

What happened next is what truly concerned me. It took about 15 minutes to get one burger, and during that time I watched the person preparing the food constantly on her phone — touching it, holding it to her face, talking into it — and then immediately handling the food, even with gloves on. Gloves don’t mean anything if you’re touching your phone and then the food. That’s exactly how people get sick.

Other team members were also on their phones, and one even scared another, causing a loud scream. The whole work environment felt unprofessional. When the burger was finally done, the bag was tossed onto the counter without a word.

I honestly wish I had recorded it, but I’m not the type to start filming immediately. Considering everything I saw, I didn’t feel safe eating the food. I ended up throwing the burger away because I didn’t want to risk it.

I would never want anyone else to go through this. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care for hygiene, customer service, and basic standards — whether Carl’s Jr. standards or Colorado’s. This experience was enough for me to say: never again.

I just left Carl’s Jr and left disappointed. I had to wait with me being the only one waiting in the drive through. Which I wouldn’t complain if my food was actually hot or warm. I got waffle fries thinking that was main reason why I had to pull to the side for like five minutes they were actually cold. Burger was actually kind of cold as well but the main thing that got me upset is right when she hand me the bag I opened it and whoever put the fries in the bag put the fries upside down. What was the point of the fries holder if you were just gonna throw the fries upside down I also asked for ranch that was ignored.

Yes, every time I go to this location you have to be pulled to the side and I wasn’t gonna complain because five years ago. I give a five star review to this location but now my response is finally changed and I’m not mad. I just think this location needs to be held accountable.

Well in the drive-through, I could literally see one of the ladies on the clock, just eating a shake.

This food should be fresh, especially if you’re taking that long and someone has to pull to the side for their food.

Anyway I think the staff needs to some more accountability and trained better if a car has to pull to the side that the food should at least be fresh Or warm to the touch and there shouldn’t be anyone eating I don’t care if they’re on the clock or not behind where there’s food being served for customers in the drive-through.

My experience wasn’t horrible and I do like this location. I just think the staff needs to be trained differently.

This location is awesome!!! I love Carl’s, but it’s the people that work for them that really make a difference. I have been to many locations, and always find a friendly face! One of the burgers was made not matching up to my order. The male cashier acknowledged the issue and quickly replaced my burger with the correct order without any questions. Good service.

I’m gonna be petty and say whoever worked closing shift on Oct 9 decided to shut down early and not let me order when I arrived at 11:50. Drove 20 minutes from Red Rocks just to try and get food. I’ve shown up way closer to midnight and had never had a problem before. Big bummer but I’m glad you got to get out of work early I guess

Literally just got home from the drive thru from this location, and we had ordered a beyond burger and they said they no longer served them and that the “el diablo burger” was the only non-meat option, but…its literally just some jalapeno poppers and fried zucchini and sliced jalapenos…just straight up on a bun? Like the rest of the food was fine but i dont understand why they didnt just say straight up that they were out or not serving it or whatever. I paid full price and they just kindve…omitted the meat part and tossed some poppers in?? I guess its “meat free” technically, but thats Buckwild yall lol
