Took 30 minutes for my friend and I to get our take out order and when we got home they were missing my fire sauce and extra napkins, then i opened my cantina chicken quesadilla and pulled A STRAW WRAPPER out of my quesadilla that was literally baked into it!! So gross and unorganized

It’s Ramadan and we finished ordering around 6:05. We were told to wait 15 minutes for the eggs since we ordered breakfast items. We had to start fasting at 6:40. We waited so long that we had someone from our group to try to go inside but the door was locked. There was a guy standing around doing literally nothing and told her to go back to the drive through. It was 6:35 and we were getting desperate so we asked for literally ANY item they had ready/finished and explained how we only have a few minutes left before we start fasting. They didn’t respond or have anything ready. Almost 30 minutes and NOTHING was ready. It became 6:40 and we had to start fasting and asked to cancel the order. We got no compensation or anything for our wasted time. We literally waited +30 and got NOTHING

When saying my name they asked if they said it correctly and I thought that was sweet. Daniela was really kind and checked up on our table. The food delicious of course. If you ever get the Mexican pizza get it with the Chipotle sauce‼️

I’m sure there’s a good excuse as to why all three of my chicken chalupas contained beef instead. Got the Combos of 2 Chicken Chalupas as well as an additional chicken chalupa. Was charged extra for chicken. All were beef. Super disappointed.

If you are yet to visit this fine establishment then you’re in for a real treat. Me and my colleague stopped in for a late night dinner and were greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff. Along with our scrumptious Mexican cuisine, we were offered cake pops by Danielle. I encourage you to stop at this Taco Bell for a unique and pleasant dining experience!

The girl working the window today around 230 was awesome. Polite, patient and helpful. The food was some of the best TB I’ve had in a long time. I actually had enough cheese on my tacos to taste it instead of the typical few shreds.

Well i typically have good luck st this location but not today for lunch.
First off it took them 20 minutes just for 2 soft tacos. In that same time period 3 walk-ins got their orders before I did when I placed a mobile order.
Second the other staff were so unprofessional to the nice older lady up front who was just trying to do her job. It took forever to get help just for a simple change question.
This location was not attentive to me having to wait nor did they offer to help me out because I had to wait so long.
I will not be returning. I do not like the interactions I was seeing in this place. I could look past it if it was just about the food.

I had two mobile orders on New Year’s Day and WHEW! Everything was HOT! It was STUFFED! And absolutely delicious! I could even tell the pop syrups had been topped off! Homeboy at the window and speaker was so nice too!! Prices are so good too! 6.99 for a build your own box? With no up charges for a different entree!? Holy moly!!! I’ve never been to a Taco Bell so good in my life!!!!!

This place is wonderfully sparkling clean. The staff was so helpful and kind, even to my grandfather who is not the nicest. They kept the lobby clean and I felt comfortable like home. The food was also delicious! I will never go to another taco bell again!

I had the nicest girl taking my order on the speaker I want to say her name was Ollie ( forgive me I spelt that wrong) but she was literally the sweetest person that I have talked to at a drive through! The food wasn’t the best this time but literally it’s Taco Bell I have good days there and some not so good ones but the staff is great and the inside is always well kept and not dirty which I appreciate!
