I ordered the ‘Beefy Potato Loaded Griller’ and the ‘Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker’. When I got home I first ate the burrito and realized it was extremely thin, I was disappointed but I said alright I still have the chicken stacker. I open the chicken stacker and this were the actual contents, judge for yourselves. I think the cook’s the owner. Never coming back.

I barely go to this particular Taco Bell but I feel like it’s going downhill and the service is not that great. I really want to feel comfortable in there but there’s just so much homeless that just chill out inside and outside. The food is mediocre. What I was surprised is that the new steak and chicken cheese melts I don’t know what they’re actually called; are pretty good. But for $7 for two tiny little wraps which is you’re lucky if you get two bites out of it. It’s not worth it you can make them at home for a lot better. I get it it’s quick and easy to go through Taco bell. But I would not suggest it

The tale I am about to tell you has many ups and downs, but it is undeniably true. I had a rough closing shift at my minimum wage job, so I ordered some taco bell items on the app. I had been eyeing some of the new menu items, like the dipping burritos and garlic nacho fries. After work I drove to the location nearest to my house and waited for fifteen minutes in their line only to be told I had ordered at EAST Horizon Ridge and not WEST Horizon Ridge. After a quick meltdown in my car, I made the 18 minutes drive to the correct location and nearly had a heart attack when I saw the line! I continued to grow more and more frustrated as I waited, but I couldn’t leave because I had already ordered on the app. It’s true that going to the wrong location was my own fault, but I was beginning to get frustrated with the fact that I had been waiting in this new line for over twenty minutes. Then I got to the speaker, and the guy asking for my order seemed so nice and friendly that as a fellow food worker, I couldn’t help but be polite back instead of screaming, as I wanted to do earlier. When I eventually got to the window, the worker at the window seemed so upbeat and friendly and calm that I instantly found i could no longer be upset. We are siblings of the industry, he and I. He gave me my food, and I began the longgg journey home. As I drove, I saw it was past midnight, and I began to be a bit frustrated again. When I arrived home, I finally took the food out. it was warm. I took a bite of the fries and the EXPLOSION OF DELICIOUS FLAVORS nearly knocked me out of my chair!! Then I tried th dipping burritos. I kid you not. Absolute. Bliss. All of my worries and complaints melted away. It was worth it! The taco bell gods had a plan and they answered my prayers! some of you may doubt me and say that it was just the fact that I was running on high emotions from an eight hour shift without sustenance for the day that made me fall head over heels for these burritos and nacho fries. I rebuke thee! I will sing the praises of this food forever! It was worth it! But since I did have to wait twenty five minutes, I will just give four stars instead of five. But anyway, I do hope that guy gets a raise. And maybe some more coworkers to help move the line along.

I’m very rarely go to this Taco Bell because it’s terrible. Whoever is working the line making the food has no sense of integrity or value and what they are putting out of that kitchen. I get it. It’s fast food. It’s usually young kids. I’m not expecting the Taj Mahal but what I don’t expect is stuff, just thrown together with a long hair in it. I’m mean this is ridiculous!!
Would anybody working in there pay seven dollars for what I got today????

The only problem with this place would be the management the employees seem to only wannaa get their job done while their managers seem to wanna make it hard on them. Witch made my order messed up. I dont like how their talked too. Needs a new management or this place will be the downfall for taco bells look for hiring. Not hus that i came in jus to watch an order food an they way other customers are treated when trying to order in person is a real big problem. Dont come here its vary unfortunately disappointing service in general. Great hard worker for the window. Other than that 0 stars if i could.

Thank you to whoever dealt with my uber eats order today. The first driver to accept my order was so far away that it would have taken an hour to get our food. After about 30 mins, he dropped the order and someone else picked it up. But y’all remade my order so i didnt have to get hour-old tacos and i appreciate it SO MUCH. Thank you <3

This place is usually descent but is getting worse. Out of 10 food items, 8 were terrible. 2 been burritos looked like taquitos. Bean burrito with rice, beef, cheese and red sauce came with no rice and also looked like a taquito. 2 orders of fries were half full. We asked for 2 packets of hot sauce and got 20. Get it together or we won’t be back. A refund would be nice. Order #979597, Roxy 88fb. By they, they weren’t busy at all.

As a doordash driver I have never encountered such a rude person over the loud speaker. The app says to go through the drive-thru when the lobby is closed. This girl raised her voice at me with a hostile tone in voice when I tried to tell her the instructions the app gives. Not only was she rude there were no other customers for 5 minutes in the drive-thru and I still waited over 10 minutes for the order. I ended up canceling the delivery wasting my time and I didn’t even get a single cent for my time (about 20 minutes total). You need better night staff, i have a job to do and so does your night crew! Very unprofessional

Every time I come here, it’s awful. I stopped going after the short blonde girl who used to take our order left a few months ago — she actually knew our order by heart and made the experience enjoyable. Decided to give the place another chance recently, and the customer service is still terrible. It’s gone completely downhill since she left. I think her name was Morgan.

Came to this location for almost 10 years have spent tons of money here out of the convenience of it being so close to my house.My experience today was the worst I’ve ever had out of any fast food I sat in line for a long time finally got a chance to try and order and was told to wait .I proceeded to wait for awhile and nobody was answering AGAIN fine totally understandable. So I pull up to a second order menu 10 feet ahead thinking maybe I’m supposed to use that one.then the cars behind me started getting there order taken so I’m like maybe they had a malfunction so I pull up to window to try and just have them take my order and was told I gotta go back around per Manager keep in mind I the line was very long.so I talked to manager and she was very aggressive flinging the window open before I even started talking I asked for her name said she didn’t have to give me it. To expect someone to just go wait another 30 min is uncalled for when I was just trying to do the right thing. Very unprofessional to treat a loyal customer that way needless to say I went home with no food over your extremely disrespectful manager.
