The ranch is always so good with that honey hot all flats service is respectful, they always make sure whoever is picking up an order is the right person. Very rude staff! I visited multiple times the female staffs are very sweet but the guy who works there has weird attitude. Zero in customer service. After explaining 100 times what exactly I want he still gave me incomplete order and charged extra. I paid $24 for JUST 15 pieces wings with no drinks no corn no fries. NEVER coming back.

This is hands-down the worst Wingstop experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order directly on Wingstop’s own website, waited over an hour, and my food never arrived. When I called, the store casually told me the DoorDash driver “just never picked it up.” To avoid serving my kids cold food, I drove to the store myself only to be told they would not give me my own order because DoorDash had to “release it,” even though Wingstop took my payment. The order had been sitting there for over an hour at this point , and the staff refused to remake it. Their attitude was basically: “Not our problem.”DoorDash then told me the opposite, that it was the store’s responsibility because the order was placed through Wingstop’s site. When I tried to cancel, Wingstop blamed DoorDash for the refund, and DoorDash immediately said they couldn’t refund something they didn’t charge. It was like watching two companies argue over who didn’t want to help me. After almost ten minutes of back-and-forth nonsense, the store finally agreed to issue the refund. In the end, my kids and I got no food, I wasted an hour and a half, and the staff acted like they couldn’t care less. Horrible customer service, zero accountability, and a complete lack of basic common sense. This is bar none the worst wingstop and I will never return to this location again, and I recommend others avoid it too.

Sam and Teju the greatest Wingstop employees in the world. They deserve the highest raise on earth. Thank you so much for them. They catered to us even though we got here very late and we’re very grateful for this kind of service. Food was excellent service was excellent place was very clean and they took care of us so thank you to Sam and Teju!
