I visit this Krispy Kreme occasionally when I have a gift and usually receive okay service however today was a different story. I pulled up to the window and ordered an assorted box and when asking for specific doughnuts was told they did not have them. This is the usual at most Krispy Kremes however, the gentleman working the drive-thru had a severe attitude. When asked about a certain type of doughnut he said they did not have that doughnut, which is perfectly fine. But when asked if there was a doughnut similar to that he proceeded to yell that ” we do not have that doughnut” this left me completely shocked as I have NEVER received such unpleasant customer service from any Krispy Kreme or restraunt. I usually only go to Krispy Kreme when I have a gift card and I can say with confidence I will not be returning.

This is by far the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve been to. Every visit comes with poor customer service, unnecessary attitude, and even dirty donut boxes. They consistently make the experience difficult instead of enjoyable. Today was the final straw—I’d rather drive downtown for better service, and that’s exactly what I’ll be doing.

Not the same as down town location. Selection was limited and they were out of lemon filled donuts. But the staff was friendly and the donuts were better than going to the grocery store. So if you cant make it to Peace street these will do in a pinch.

Every single time we go here, they never have the doughnuts we order from their menu. Today we went at 4:05pm and the guy taking orders through the drive through needs customer service training. I ordered the trick or treat dozen and he sounded annoyed as he said they were out of stock. He was impatient as I tried to figure out what I wanted instead, so we just ordered a single chocolate doughnut and left. We’ve been before and ordered the apple pie doughnuts and they were out. I have yet to ever get a doughnut I want at this location. They need better inventory management or better menu management

Shrinkflation! What a disappointment this place has been during the last few visits. The filling for their donuts has shrunk at least by half, if not less. At the same time they’re cutting out some of the long-time favorite classic donuts, like old fashioned, cruellers, and lemons. Time to start buying regularly from the mom-and-pop donut shops, who fill donuts to customer satisfaction. Shame on you!

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are excellent. This store does not make the doughnuts from scratch like the main stores do. At this store, they refry and glazed doughnuts, is the only store in the area and is also very busy.

Love Krispy Kreme!! fresh donuts!! We usually come to this location (wake forest). The store inside is cleaned. The red sign fresh donut is ON most of the time we come. We usually buy donuts with coupon that we got from previous receipt with the code you got online. Its buy one get one free without promotion. Btw, created an account with Krispy kreme , you will get a free dozen donuts on yr Birthday!

I picked up 2 dozen “Surprise Bags” using the TOO GOOD TO GO” App. Which helps stop food waste by allowing customers to buy food from participating restaurants at the end of their day, at discounted rates, rather than throwing away perfectly good food.
