First time here, but not the last. Pizza and chicken parm were great. Service (Trinity?) was outstanding. $3 drafts and house wines – can’t beat that! The place is very nice and modernized. Looking forward to moving to the neighborhood and eating here again.

Great place to come in and chill. Great atmosphere and the food is homemade and family owned. The flat bread pizzas to the handmade crust pizzas, or step up for the many other dishes they prepare in house.
We had Trinity as our server, what a wonderful person. The Manager is on point covering the floor as to make sure the customers are happy. We thought that was a nice touch and very helpful.
They have their own beers and a very nice bar. Warm and welcoming!

Ordered a calzone and had it delivered to my job. When I was able to take a meal break, I discovered it was completely burnt. Contacted them, and was told I would get a “credit” where they write my name in a book, and I inform them on a future visit. So I am currently 3 hours into a 12 hour shift, with nothing to eat, despite having spent $37 AND no proof that this credit exists. There is no way that I would have received food that looked like this had I been dining in.

This is the worst else pizza in all of jacksonvilleAnd this is the worst Al’s Pizza in all of Jacksonville.I ordered online 1 personal pizza. When I came to pickup the pizza at that point they told me one oven wasn’t working and just came back online. So they didn’t know how long before I would get the pizza. Another customer had waited an hour after his pickup time. So I asked for a refund. The employee told me she had to get a manager. So I waited longer. Than another employee came by and told me she spoke with the manager and she would refund me in the morning. I feel that is ridiculous that they can’t do a refund without manager on-site. Also, why isn’t there a manager on-site? Leaving me in a inability to buy more food and go hungry for the night. Also, no point, did anybody try to offer me any coupons? Any other food? Anything to try to make it right. Also, no one called me as soon as they placed the order to let me know there was any kind of problems. So I could have canceled asap. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this establishment. I won’t be coming back to this Al’s which is sad because I love Al’s on the whole. Other locations are fantastic.

This was the best experience with customer service and dining we’ve ever had with our kids in public and it thanks to an amazing server Trinity! We sat next to the kitchen and you could see the guys making the pizzas and my kids were loving it. Trinity noticed and went above and beyond to give our kids an experience and pass the time for the pizza to come out. Truly grateful for her kindness in helping our family have a great dinner out at Al’s pizza and can’t wait to gl back!!

I don’t know if they are under new management, but the pizza does not taste the same as it use to. I ordered two pizzas and it barely had cheese and tomato sauce on it. It was basically straight bread and this is has happened before, but I decided to give it another try. So won’t be coming back just a waste of money.

This is one of our favorite go-to spots for pizza. The quality in their ingredients are always perfect for a delicious snack. We usually order the pepperoni, mushroom, and roasted red peppers. This time they were out of red peppers but the quality in taste still remained the same! Also pictured are the mozzarella cheesesticks and the Greek salad with chicken. You can have your chicken fried, grilled or marinated but if grilled, it’s best prepared chopped than sliced to enjoy a little chicken in every bite.
