I accompanied my friend 2 Buffalo wild wings for his work Christmas party. There was about 12 of us. It was not overly busy. It a terrible experience however. Are server server and a busboy approached and asked if they could have one of our tables for another party but that was the only table I had. They slid the table out from in front of me and I had to turn my chair to the end of the table. It was 40 minutes before anyone received their meals .. including the appetizers they kept forgetting ..I never got a refill nor did anybody else. I was truly shocked when we had all had our meals and half an hour had passed and one of the women did not get hers good yet and when they brought it out 30 minutes later than the rest of the table it was only a side salad with chicken on it. What could have caused it to be 30 minutes later than everybody else’s? Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive at all. I have no interest in going back to that place and I very rarely have a bad reviews ..I was taught if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all but this place had no excuses .

I am currently sitting at a table in this location and there are only 3 other tables in here and our food took 50 minutes to come out. The people I’m with wanted to do all you can eat. It’s taking 30 minutes between orders of 6 wings that are taking my friends less than 10 minutes to eat. I ordered a cake to eat because I was done with my meal and got bored of waiting. It came out cold— like fresh out of the refrigerator cold. I’ve ordered it before and it’s supposed to be warm this is the only time it’s been cold. How long does it take to heat up? I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen but you need to get it together! There’s no excuse for how long our food took with us being the only table. Editing this because I’m still here after two and a half hours and I just found out that the bathrooms are gross! Why is every stall like that?

Ordered food for pickup at 5:40 pm.. fries cooked at 5:15 pm, wings cooked at 5:20 pm, tots cooked at 5:35 pm and cheeseburger cooked at 5:40 pm. Arrived at 5:40 to pick up order but sat until 6:10 pm when I received food. Everything was cold and disgusting. Made complaint to corporate and all they do is say sorry the store will contact you. Been a week and still waiting. Don’t eat here, it sucks and they don’t care about the quality of food or service to PAYINH customers

Ordered for take out. Wait time on the app was 30 minutes. It was 45 minutes past the time it was to be done before it was ready. The nachos ordered had clearly been sitting there for quite a while. The chili and cheese was dry and cold and the chips were completely soggy. The wing order was wrong and they were also cold. Very poor quality and service.

Fire bad waitresses. Not cool to be forgot about. She didn’t come to take our order and we flagged her down multiple times and got brushed off. Next time we visit Cedar Rapids we’ll find somewhere that can give service lol. We even went to the bar to get refills on our water…ouch. She went to all the other tables except us and took orders from ppl that got there before us. Maybe the manager can watch closer and be more engaged on the floor and ask people how they’re doing because waitress was all over the place. It all starts with the manager keeping things in order. Not pleasant experience.

Arrived at restaurant at 8:45. Maybe 5 tables seated total in the whole restaurant. Didn’t receive service until 9, food until 9:45. Server was asked repeatedly for refills over 4 times, had to ask another server for it after 10 minutes. Asked server if they did anything free for birthdays, she said yes and could do a cookie skillet- when bills arrived at 10- charge for cookie was on check. Stared she was new and didn’t know. If you don’t know the menu and your policies don’t say yes- ask a manager or another experienced server. Service was slow and inattentive.

Hadn’t been in five years and probably be another five before I attempt again. Service was so slow. Served Sauces and round of drinks after meals were finished. Food was cold. All around not a great experience. Our server was clearly new, so I tried my best to see passed that.

We arrived at 6:15 it was busy but I’ve seen It busier. Our sever walked passed us to another table that came 10 mins after us to take their drink order after another 5 mins he finally came to our table to take our drinks. We waited another 20 mins just to get our drinks after going up to the bar (we had a child with us) to get help. Then our server saw someone else helping us because he clearly was not got rude and walked away. We just decided to just place our order with the server from the bar (he was so kind and helpful) I had a to go order that I needed too. They thankfully brought out my daughter’s food first so she could eat. We kept waiting and waiting then they bring out my to go order on a plate.. I told them that it was a to go order. We finally got our food after an hour and a half it was all cold and we just wanted to leave at that point. Please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Do not go here if you are in a hurry. It took 1.5 hours for our entire service here. The service was slow. They clearly prioritize door dash customers before in-person customers. Took 45 mins for our food to come out for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our server spent most of her time in the kitchen talking to peers. Had to wave her down for service. The last time we were here (6 months ago) it was extremely slow to get food but waitress was outstanding. Will be going to the north side going forward. Very sad to see this place going under. There were 5 tables filled MAX the entire time we were there. Yikes!

WOW! Very nice recovery. My last review of this location was of my complete dissatisfaction with most of the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
That appears to have been rectified. My server, Nicole, was friendly and attentive. The food was served quickly, was hot, and was the deliciousness that I expect of BW’s. The restaurant was clean. An overall, very pleasant dining experience.
