Came for the Love Island watch party and it was a vibe. The bathrooms are clean. The DJ was great but the music was too loud. The service was good. The lobster was over cooked and under seasoned but the hot honey wings and truffle fries were 10/10. I also enjoyed the sweet potatoes and the Mac and cheese it was so cheesy and gooey. The hookah specials were great!

My husband and I came here for the first time on New Year’s Eve. Parking was easy and from the moment we walked in we were greeted. We were seated immediately at a nice table and were given time to soak in the atmosphere and look over the menu. I ordered the Rockefeller oysters and a Long Island, both were delicious and did not disappoint! My husband had a jack and coke. For our entree I had the salmon sliders( which were recommended by our waitress) they were filling and oh sooo good! My husband had wings and truffle fries which were nice and crispy. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves 10/10 I recommend.

We visited for the first time Saturday, November 1st. Upon walking in, aesthetically, the effort was there, and the hostess greeted us, warmly. They were not busy, there was no wait and we were sat right away (to the left, near the private room, in the back). Our server, whose name she didn’t disclose, was very transactional and lackluster, she approached our table with “would you like to order drinks or wait for her to come back?” We ordered tacos and wings and it took 52 minutes to come out, there weren’t any check-ins in the meantime, until she noticed us about to flag down another staff member to ask on the status of our food. Once our food came out, the two entrees were burnt, which explained why it took so long…as we exited, we exited, passing 4 associates with no “thank you, come again!”
Overall, a less than desirable first time experience, very much so provided a service, and no hospitality. Hopefully, if we visit again, our experience will provide a yearn to return.

404 always has great happy hour specials that i love to enjoy. The staff are always friendly and the environment is comfortable. The 404 flavor wings are on point and the margaritas are always hitting. Gotta pull up

First time visiting here 2 weeks ago. I learned their menu had changed and they no longer had the seafood boil which is what I originally came for. We ordered wings, soul food egg rolls along with shrimp and grits. I asked for the soul food egg rolls to come as an appetizer and our server said “I can have them to come out as an appetizer”. About 40 minutes later we received the egg rolls and room temp wings. About another 30 minutes later came the small bowl of shrimp and grits. Besides the wings being room temp the food was very good. Soul food egg-rolls were fresh and I think they’re made to order. Which is why I gave the service 3 stars. Please let guests know if certain food is made to order and will take longer so they’re not expecting food to come out as an appetizer. We didn’t mind waiting had we known this but to wait 35-40 minutes for an “appetizer” is crazy. The food itself was very good, grits creamy and flavorful, shrimp was big and succulent. I will return for the vibes.

Me and my homegirls hosted our Galentines here last night. First and foremost our original waitress was sloppy drunk. We ordered unlimited oysters and a bottle. 30 mins goes by and we grab another waitress. The new waitress finally put in our order. The drunk waitress never came back, never apologized, nothing. Not only did she never come back, she was making out with what we thought was a customer. Angel (the new waitress) was great giving the circumstances, service was still slow but she did try her best to accommodate us. The same gentlemen that was making out with the waitress was walking around with a bottle in his hand, drunk talking to tables. And to my understanding that same gentlemen was the owner of 404. So that really turned us all the way off. Won’t be back, but thanks to Angel for making the best of it.

Terrible!! Will never come back. My friend and I ordered a drink and it was nasty .We took one sip and immediately told the waiter .We spoke to the manager and he said he will only remake it and can’t make new drinks unless we paid for another drink . Why would i want the same drink?? Please. We ended up forced to pay for the drink that we didn’t drink and plus gratuity.I can see why it’s empty here on a SATURDAY. We were greeted but what a greeting. I’ve only been here once prior and it was a totally different atmosphere. Yesterday (Thursday), the last visit was a Wednesday (open mic night). We were seated. The server seemed to be in a rush to get back to whatever she was doing which clearly wasnt working. She came to check on us twice. Yhat included taking out order and after the food dame out. The server didn’t even ask if we wanted another ginger ale. She bought just bought it out (bad assumption, my boyfriendhad to force it down as we knew we’dbe charged. Again, rushing to get back to what she was doing. She even bought out sharable plates after our meals came out and we didn’t have bites or sharables.
Price:
The server had nerve to show us the screen so fast there was no point. I just know we were over charged. But who knows
Food:
Everything was oxtail. I guess it’s easier to cook a meat that you can keep cooked already for the day and make multiple meals from it. Pivoting thr economy, so i get it, I guess. The cabbage was the same texture as the sweet potato mash and they were boththr same color. I’m not sure how they managed to do that and thr cabbage was loaded with black pepper. The lamb was fatty and over seasoned. My crawfish looked like cat nibblets. The sauce was bland and they served frozen broccoli in butetr, not a dash of salt.
Atmosphere:
The music quality was poor. The naked girls were playing whatever they wanted. Just tasteless. Employess were playing ping pong but a new twist with red cups. The QR code is so dark you need two phones to access it. So make sure you have two phones or use Google.

the vibe of the restaurant was great. it was good music playing, the food was good, our waitress was super sweet. i wish i could remember her name. the only thing is that the hookah was weak. the hookah lady was sweet as well. if they put 3 coals on the hookah instead of 2 it would’ve been better smoke. i got the lamb chops and pasta. my drink was really strong too and it was good
