As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Yesterday evening was my first time visiting this Rally’s. Fast, friendly, and excellent service. I was about to drive off and the cook waived me down to make sure he included my fries with my order. My combo meal # 1 was well made, hot, and tasted fresh. Outdoor dining available. Decent prices.

It was closing time so I couldn’t really complain I’m sure they felt kinda like I did i was hungry and couldn’t wait to get home so decided to stop when they where ready to close they looked out and I appreciate it!!! “we only do doordash” at 11pm, you are open until 3am. Why even have a menu if people can’t eat here? I swear I used to be able to order food at midnight even. If people can’t order food just change your hours.

That mega cheddar burger is fire. The chicken bites ain’t all that but for the price it’s cool. This particular location is on point. It’s hot fast good and cheap. Definitely some food I would really about. It was made to perfectly and the service was great. There was hardly any wait. They always have great deals and the frozen dranx are da bomb.

If I could give this place a 10star for service I would because the 3 young men named Deshawn, Wan, and I think Rob was his name made my family’s night!! Turned a scrappy cold rainy night doing food deliveries into something special by just joking around with us and then giving EACH of us milkshakes!!! These boys were very kind to us and went out of their way to just be human with us. Thank you so much guys!!! My son still talks about this night and anytime we pass this restaurant he brings it up. Haha!

Hot chic doing the cooking conveniently forgot the one piece of cheese like all the franchise stores. Wish it was a law that all franchises have to disclose so on their street signage so people would know to avoid those locations. Very disappointed customer at this particular store.

My husband and I were in this side of town doing a job and we stopped for food. I had to repeat my order 4 times and the gentleman said “ I am new and just learning” okay that’s fine. We are all new at some point. However, we get to the window and a very rude lady with green hair says pull around. While I was asking where to pull around to she shut the window in my face mid sentence. We pull around and still wait an additional 5 minutes and our food was over cooked, and cold. We paid $3.99 for the onion fries and there 4 fries in the box. Will not visit again.
