The host was great, and the food was delicious. I loved it, however I kindly asked for mild tikka marsala since my stomach cannot handle spicy food anymore. It really hurts me, and sometimes the pain unbearable. Many years ago before I figured out I wasn’t handling the capcasin from spicy peppers I thought I was getting sick from the food at a different restaurant in a different state. I love spicy and I can deal with the mouth burn, but not the major stomach cramps later. I still ate the food because I love Indian food, but I know I will pay for it later.
Also, please include utensils in to go orders. Luckily I had a fork, but I had to wait for my kiddo to finish eating so I could eat.
If we’re ever near by again I will definitely come back, but I think I’ll emphasize *very* when I say mild.
The tikka was slightly sweet, creamy, and there were cut pieces of tomatoes, and sliced ginger. The naan had lovely amounts of garlic! ♥️ There was a jelly sauce given. This was new to me, and I wasn’t sure how to eat it. I appreciated the little extra.
The rice was perfect too.
