You know what I think? This smokey McDonalds is known to forget your order faster than I forget what happened yesterday. They completely forgot our two creamy chili sauce, McChicken burgers they forgot one, our double cheese sandwiches, and our one pack of fries. It was all for a family of four.

Every time I come here I get pulled up and have to wait 15-20 minutes for food. It could be as simple a hamburger or two kids meals. Grrr really need to do something about this. Should be customers first not your drive thru time

My husband and I just got back to town, stopped at McDonald’s for lunch.
He ordered a Big Mac and it had absolutely NO meat on it Not even one patty!
And to top it off, had about a six minute wait on the French fries. Sad restaurant!

This McDonald’s has the friendliest employees! Stopped to grab breakfast and wait out snow while driving through on a roadtrip. The food was the same as always; it’s McDonalds, same everywhere you go. But the employees were incredibly helpful and kind. Thanks for a great experience this morning.

I went through drive thru, my order wasn’t on screen so I got to window and asked him to repeat it. Sure enough, it was missing a drink as I suspected bc he was in a hurry. The next window, the lady seemed so confused telling me this wasn’t my order. I explained it was definitely my order and I was just waiting on a frappe. She stared at the monitor and then finally understood I had my food. Brought me my frappe. I asked for a fork, she yelled back for a fork. She handed to to me and this lady, I swear, hates her job. She was not enthused to be there or to be conversing with me. I drove off irritated by all of their lack of joy in life. I get back on the highway and my sprite was just carbonated water. My fries were old. We are traveling so it just wasn’t worth it to go back. I thankfully had a cooler with drinks in it. And napkins don’t exist at this McDonald’s I guess.

Ordered on the app and pulled around and us as well as everyone else behind us got pulled from the drive through. Waited a little more than 15 minutes before we got our food. There was a car waiting when we got pulled that was still waiting when we left. The food was fresh at least. Seems to happen often when we go to this McDonald’s.

We went in the drive through and ordered a number 9 PLAIN burgers a MOCHA frappe and a medium sprite. They gave us burgers with everything on them and a caramel frappe. The sprite wasn’t given to us until we went inside to fix the frappe. So so so disappointed.

3 of 5 orders were completely wrong. The receipt said exactly what we needed. Reading is heard. Our son has a gluten allergy, ordered without bun. Got bun. Wife doesn’t eat meat. Ordered a veggie sandwich. Recieved double meat. I don’t eat cheese, I had double cheese on mine. This McDonald’s must have had opposite day today..
