The shop has a warm, welcoming vibe with friendly staff who are happy to offer samples so you can find your perfect scoop. Great Mitchell’s location. Seating inside and a few spots outside (benches and tables). Quick and friendly staff. Consistently the best ice cream around. Very clean. Parking is easy – out in front of the building.

Great vegan ice cream! Most vegan ice creams are so-so and I don’t like the coconut cream after taste, but not here! We bought the mint chocolate flavor and it was wonderful- so rich and creamy you would never believe it was vegan. Good job, Mitchell’s!!

Nice and bright! Very friendly staff. The train above is fascinating for the kid that’s in you. The ice cream is fantastic! There is free parking. The parking lot is small. The store is easily accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. There are 3 children tables equipped with crayons and paper so they can be creative while eating their ice cream.

Amazing place for a sweet treat! They have so many different flavors it’s hard to choose which ones to get. The employees are always very pleasant and answered all the questions I had. This is real ice cream and not the soft serve that many places offer. They have tables inside and outside so you can sit and enjoy the weather when it’s nice. The location is easily found and they have plenty of parking. I highly recommend if you are in the area and want real ice cream for a treat!

We were so excited for our favorite ice cream spot to reopen after their remodel, and it was definitely worth the wait! The place looks amazing—bright, clean, and even more inviting than before. And of course, the ice cream is still the best ever—completely untouchable! No one does it better. The only thing missing? The train! The one that used to run around the ceiling was such a fun touch, and we really hope they bring it back. Other than that, everything is perfect. If you haven’t been yet, go check out the new look—you won’t be disappointed!

I went to the Whole Foods across the street from this location to make sure my pallet of equipment was there for tonight’s remodel. Then I was leaving to find a place to eat and drove a few miles but nothing jumped out at me. Good places with 4.5 star reviews or better but the ice cream kept calling me back. Neat thing about being an adult, if you want to have a Turtle Sundae for supper, you can . Great ice cream! Great customer service and the line moved quickly.
