So I usually go to the McDonald’s off of Crestline and Wadsworth but I decided I was just going to run on over here Bellevue and Kipling so they had me wait. It was about 10 minutes because I have my timestamp but also I don’t mind waiting, I had to pull over and wait for my food. I saw several people getting their food behind me but also When you make a customer wait 10 minutes you should make sure everything is fresh when you bring that bag out my bag was cold. My fries were cold and I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the deluxe quarter pounder, but I did not get that anyways the only good McDonald’s is Crestline and Wads So you get a D.

ONCE AGAIN. You never fail to irritate me. Door Dash had to go to this location and GUESS WHAT. They forgot half my order again. I don’t know how many times this has happened. My husband had to go get the rest of our order for our child. How disappointing to open a Happy Meal for your 3 year old only to find just fries.. that’s it. No toy, no milk, no nuggets, just fries. Who the heck put that order in the box thinking that was ok?
This has been a number of times that this has happened. The manager is a dark haired lady who should really be audited. These people get paid more than I do just to put nuggets in a bag and they can’t even do that right.
This entire store needs to be re-trained and audited because they SUCK and have SUCKED for the past 2 years.
I’m appalled that this keeps happening time after time again. When do you actually go in and make sure your people are in the correct line of work? Because the manager on duty has been there this entire time messing things up. That wouldn’t fly in the company I work for which makes much less than that lazy lady does.

This place used to be clean and service was fast and good. I ordered a 10 piece McNugget. It was cold It must’ve been sitting there for who knows how long I’m gonna look for a new McDonald’s to go to. I won’t go to this branch anymore.

I ordered on the app and checked in when I got to the store. I waited for 15 minutes in the spot and no one came out, so I went to check with someone inside. I waited at the front counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and another 5 minutes before I got my food.
When they handed me the bag of food, I made sure to check the food and it turned out to be missing a sandwich that I ordered.

Last time coming here. Food was $35. All the food was smashed and cold fries. They forgot a big Mac and took 10 minutes to make it. Just trash the price is bad. The food is worse. This company has lost it all and it’s really funny they ask if I’m going to use some dumb app they have everytime. “No” I will never use your app. I truly hope this corporation goes under because it truly deserves to fail.
