I just got off of my night work shift and haven’t had a single chance to eat anything since 12pm. Mind you it’s now 12am. I ordered 2 beefy potato burritos and received fries in them. I don’t even want to eat them. This is extremely disappointing. Unacceptable. I didn’t pay to get fries.

This was hands-down the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The Cantina chicken was overcooked and hard, the chicken quesadilla cheese wasn’t melted and the quesadilla was cold and wasn’t sliced. This was the only time I could remember not only not finishing my Taco Bell but spitting some of it out.

Staff was nice enough in the drive-thru. Wife ordered a cheese quesadilla. This is what that looked like when we got home. I understand inflation but does this look worth 5 dollars to anyone else?

When I walked in, no one and I mean no one was in the kitchen to help.
When they did appear, they were wearing their work gloves while holding their phones.
The three employees we did see were attached to their phones, engaged in personal conversations.
Nothing was stocked, not even a trash bag in a trash can.
My wife asked for less beans in her burrito and they definitely gave extra.
Staff wasn’t friend and the kitchen was not clean.
They have an A rating on their door, definitely undeserved.

My total came to $15. I told the employee that I wanted to pay $10 in cash and the rest ($5.00) on my credit card. I went to hand her the cash first, but she asked for my credit card instead. Then she handed me back $3.00 and some change. I sat there wondering why she handed me cash back . I looked at the receipt and noticed that I was charged $10.00 cash and $8.17 on my credit card. That is not what I told her. Had to go back inside and explain the situation. After 15 minutes, some confusion finally got my payment right. I get home and my food is cold from the headache that I dealt with from people who can’t do simple math. Really appreciate it that my order came with a taco that wasn’t in my bag. I didn’t feel like driving back to get it, my food was already cold. I should have checked my order before I left. My fault, stupid me forgot I went through the drive thru.

Staff were not kind and food was gross and cold. Complete waste of 16.00 dollars. I am an emergency medicine helicopter pilot and was looking forward to a good meal after work. Was a complete let down. Seems like Taco Bell needs to hire better people. Management was obviously not doing their job to oversee people’s order. Once apon a time Taco Bell was good, nowadays it’s just not. Literally gross! I don’t think I will ever eat from any Taco Bell ever again

When someone orders from your establishment through Uber Eats, please stop assuming they have eating utensils available to them! IT SHOULD BE CUSTOMARY THAT EVERY SINGLE ORDER INCLUDES EATING UTENSILS AND NAPKINS. Please do better!
