It’s a McDonald’s not much that I can say that you don’t already know. Food was good, the service a bit more than average even at that busy hour. But what might make this one a little different is the staff and service. Specifically the young lady with a great personality almost as awesome as her smile in the pictures. Me and a breakfast date were just sitting at the table talking and this kind soul stopped what she was doing cleaning tables just to wave and smile. A little thing that didn’t require much effort but was freely given to brighten someone’s day. Frankly it was sweet and moved me. People like this are givers and the reason for hope in a darkening world and she deserves to be recognized for it. Good Job McDonald’s, for recognizing a winner when you hired her! If you stop by and happen to see her, let her know how you know about her and please return the kindness.

I am very disappointed with my order. We ordered 3 McRibs, a 1/4 pounder and kids meal. There was no sauce on any of the McRibs and the bread was hard. I also ordered 2 ice teas and they were very, very weak. I paid $50 for crappy food. I rarely, rarely eat at McDonald’s, but I wanted the McRibs. I shouldn’t have bothered. The food was disgusting. I won’t be going back.

I asked for a sandwich with no cheese and they added cheese and just scrapped it off. What if I was allergic and ate it. That is very unprofessional and bad for business. Also they have 0.00 price on the big breakfast but don’t honor that price. They’re error but they don’t seem to care or change it.

I went through the drive through asked for a number 9 gave me everything but my fries i also asked for 2 cheese burgers never got them , I also asked for well done nuggets and they didn’t cook them right. Had to go back inside because they couldn’t get my order right and had to pay for the items they didn’t add to my order. Instead of a happy meal, it was a sad meal. My kids were waiting for Minecraft toys and they gave me a basketball toy,my sad children, When toys are sold out, they must notify us or erase the signs so as not to deceive the children.

This McDonalds is clean and the employees are polite and helpful. The self-serve order kiosks work. The restaurant has a large kids play place that is clean and air-conditioned. The food is what you expect from McDonald’s. If you want a cheap, quick meal, but don’t really focus on your health, then this is your place. The restrooms had not been recently cleaned but they were not disgusting, just serviceable.

The food was good BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME AND MY FAMILY SUCK. They don’t greet you, they walk around you and don’t acknowledge you. Three workers standing around talking as I waited at the counter. I asked for two ranch dressing and was given one. I spent over 20.00 in food and get the service and one ranch dressing wow. Don’t come here go to another place if you can this customer service sucks
