No-Boo [Steak + Truffle + Parmesan + Artichoke + Soft Flour Tortilla], Thai Ko [Scallion Pancake + Crispy Steak + Sweet Chili + Cabbage + Cilantro], Mas Queso [Cheese Sauce + Pico + Pickled Onion + Pickled Jalapeño], Gobernador [Fried Shrimp + Monterey Cheese + Cabbage + Salsa Roja + Cheese Crusted Corn Tortilla], Spicy Truffle Salsa ( Absolutely Crazy Good! ), and MGK’s 27 Smash Burger [Prime Beef, American Cheese, Pickles, Romaine, And House-Made Burger Sauce On A Flipped Brioche].
The event burger and specialty cocktails were great, but those tacos took the crown for me in Vegas. OMG! FIRE! Also, no matter how skinny I get I’ll always order the queso. It complimented the stack perfectly. If it wasn’t for my fitness focused diet, I’d be there weekly. Trust me, it would be a great spot for a date too. If they don’t like tacos, or meat for that matter, swipe left. The battle for fridge space will kill you.
We ain’t got time for that!

The food was overall good (I can tell the kitchen is working hard), but the hospitality was so terrible in every step of the process, so I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.
Waited a few minutes for someone to be present at the order stand, only to be told that they were working on something else and I was asked to scan the QR code. QR codes are fine if you’re at a table and have a server. Also, it wasn’t “thanks for your patience, please scan the QR code”. I was instantly presented with some unknown problem that wasn’t my problem (restaurant not busy), but it’s now on me to carry some unknown stressor and use the QR code menu.
I order my food, but I can’t order alcohol from the QR code menu. So I have to wait again for someone to take my alcohol order at the kiosk.
Tacos were properly sized and decently priced for street tacos. Elotes was cold and seemed like an afterthought. Tacos were solid. I ordered 4 and I’d say they were a 6.4/10. Double corn tortilla would help the breakage.
My second order placed for the $16 marg that was just cheap tequila and mixer…it was forgotten about so I had to go up to the counter again to wait for someone to talk to about it.
Overall, I just wanted to get out and move to somewhere else to redeem my night.
