Simply ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe with no pickles. The fries were good for a change. The dang burger WAS SO SLOPPY it wouldn’t even stay together as a dang sandwich. It would be so nice if the slow behavior could be an excuse….not!!!. If you’re too slow to put a simple burger together…get on sanitation.

This is the only bad experience I’ve had here but me and my boyfriend waited about 20 mins while people were coming in and leaving with their food when they ordered way after us, so naturally I go up there to ask about it. I was not rude or anything like that because I personally work in food so I understand. To a point. We waited a while while they made our order, I open my box and the picture below is what was inside. Only the rind of the patty and an absolute mess while the other one was in pristine condition. I love y’all’s food but come on man

My boyfriend and I usually stop at this McDonald’s to grab a bite. We got our food the other night without cookies, so we called the restaurant to let them know. The manager said to come by tomorrow to pick them up. She asked what time, like she was going to make them warm or fresh when I got there. These cookies aren’t fresh nor even warm, they’ve definitely been in the fridge. But then, why did you have him pull up to get the worst quality food he’s had in a long time? Also, what’s that white tissue-like paper on the cookies? ♂️ We’ll just have to take it at a loss next time.

The food was good. The coffee had flotes in my coffee. And it wasn’t coffee grounds. I didn’t notice till I got to the job site. Couldn’t go back. I did enjoy my big breakfast with pancakes. Good service. Disappointed over the coffee.

Ok I don’t like leaving bad reviews, however I know customer service and have worked fast food, in a kitchen and as a waitress. The orders got mixed up, I was almost given someone else’s. Mine was given to me with missing items so I told the very frazzled lady at the window and she fixed it but rolled her eyes to the heveans like I had caused her grief. I get it, it’s frustrating when things get mixed up and I wasn’t upset I just asked for my kids French fries. She didn’t seem happy to be there and hopefully her day got better. One last request as a consumer on a budget and I cringe when buying food please stop serving cold chicken nuggets they are horrible.

There were two kids licking their fingers and putting them on windows and tables, climbing on the tables and seats including standing on tables that customers were then sitting at and eating at, and ripping up the stickers on tables. The kids were unsupervised and treating the restaurant like a jungle gym. I don’t know who’s kids but this was poor management from the restaurant. Very disturbing for those just trying to enjoy a meal while kids are jumping from table to table all through the restaurant.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a meal. I ordered two cheeseburgers, two large french fries and a Coke to drink. They gave me a Dr Pepper and all my fries were dumped upside down in my sack. The service here is terrible and they don’t care about Customer Service. They don’t care about you. As a customer. Period
