Most of my experiences here have been good. However, there have been several instances in the past where the dining area especially the pop machine have been pretty dirty, the service has sucked, it took forever to get my food, or I’ve received the wrong food all together. I would like to add that I have not had a negative experience here in the last 4-6 months however. I’m assuming they must’ve gotten better management personal.

Came in and stood in the line of like 5 or so people. The woman behind the counter was throwing a fit and threw someone’s food in the trash really hard, making the trash can fall over, then yelled if anyone picked it up yet…like, you threw it and made the mess and then was screaming for someone else to clean up your mess. Then an employee mentioned that there was oil leaking from the fryer and the same lady was full of attitude like “yeah I know. It is what it is.” Food safety violation. I should contact the county licensing for that. We turned and left at that point. Didn’t trust her making our food. All the other employees were on edge, looked like they all wanted to bolt. Seriously, get rid of whoever that was. Older woman, was making food on 2/15 at 12:15 ish. Yikes.

Fast, fresh, hot and enjoyable food.
Order was placed and received as ordered. Clean resturant good atmosphere to dine in. The only thing negative is have to say about this store. Is that the restroom needs some serious attention. Restroom was filthy.

Order modifications or substitutes seem to be an issue – Specifically, asking for my bacon to be cooked longer caused confusion. Staff had at least a 5-minute conversation, loud enough to be heard throughout the entire restaurant, on whether they could do this this. Food was just fine and clerk was friendly – only issue is concern on training and handling of customer order modifications.

So this is a place that we have visited many times and had reasonably good experience.
We had a fairly decent time, and the service was friendly and courteous. The food is good and the restaurant was very clean.

The fries were cold. They charged me for extra bacon when I didn’t ask for it. Then tried to tell me I didn’t order the right sandwich the frosties we got were melted barley cold. The line was insane. One cashier. Two people on the line at most. One guy over on fry looked lost. Manager was doing an interview in the middle of a lunch rush… No wonder this meal was awful. The manager doesn’t know how to efficient and effectively run a restaurant. The drive thru line was backed up and every time I try to come here. Honestly just don’t waste your money. It’s not cheap. It’s not fast. The food was awful. I wasted 30 bucks for a cold meal and a hot frosty. Not to mention all the flies (like 50,not a joke) saw flying around in the kitchen and the dinning room. The dining room was dirty too. Will not be back.

We pulled in walked up to the door that said lobby opened till 10pm. The door was locked. 4 other vehicles left as we was walking back to our vehicle. Went to the drive thru, was told lobby was closed due to short staffing. I got news for all these fast food restaurants that are filling bankruptcy. Your staff needs to understand as long as you have a cook and a cashier there is no reason for your lobby to be closed. Tell your staff to suck it up and put the cell phones away. Arby’s down the road got our service and the $40 we spent they appreciated our business when your store didn’t
