This place needs to be shut down! The first time a couple weeks ago when I went there as soon as they opened they gave me dried up and what appeared to be day or a few days old chicken although I asked if he had just made it and he said yea. Yea not yes because they have serious attitudes there regards of how nice you are to them. It was around the holidays so I decide to give them another chance today. Same two guys and same attitude. I was there at 10:16 am anticipating fresh cooked chicken. I ordered 3 spicy breast, 2 legs, large Mac& cheese, 5 peppers for myself and my assistant. My assistant immediately said he threw his away because it was hard and cold. I had to jump on a call so I didn’t get to mine for another hour and this is what I had to eat (I didn’t dare). This is absolutely horrible. People that works there shouldn’t have a job and I hope but it’s most likely given the attitudes that they are family to the owner. I’m getting my money back from my cc which is not something I typical do but this is absolute garbage! I dared not take it back because if they have attitudes with people who are extremely nice and wishing them a great day I can only imagine if I complained. The owner needs to have this place shut down. I will be reporting them to the state. I would give this to my dog. The owner and those two males need to be ashamed but I doubt they are.

It’s rare that I get the opportunity to brag on Popeyes, but today was different! I stopped by to get lunch today, and the food was so good! The chicken was freshly fried, well-seasoned and crispy! The biscuits were buttered and fresh and the red beans and rice were good! Whoever was on shift on Friday, August 1, 2025 between 12:30 and 1:30 did an amazing job in quality and service, and I thank you for a good Popeyes experience! Well done and keep up the great work!

The fried pickles are GOOD good, the flounder sandwich is actually a big piece of fish, and the tacklebox is tasty. Made us want to come back. I am typically a healthy eater but when I do eat fast food, its Popeye’s.Love this location, never had an issue other than food being sold out sometimes. Employees friendly. Food always hot.

The staff’s service attitude is not good
You have many chain stores, employee training, employee work efficiency, and employee quality are more important because store employees face customers directly. I like your fried chicken, but every experience is frustrating. 4 full wings cost $12.56, and the shopping receipt is not printed, so that’s all I have to say.

“I arrived here at 10:05 PM, and I was hungry so I tried to buy chicken. While I was talking to someone at the drive-thru, it seemed like they kept talking to someone else, so I just ordered the original chicken 8 pieces. They said it would take 30 minutes, so I asked what was ready right now, and they said the wings were, but there were only 6 pieces available. So, I ordered those and went to the window to pay. I asked the employee if I had to wait 30 minutes for the chicken, and they said no, that it was ready now. When I asked for the 8 pieces, a man in a black uniform came up, holding his personal phone on his shoulder and talking on it. When I tried to pay with my credit card, he asked the employee if they had charged my card for someone else, and when they said no, he took the credit card back, told me they wouldn’t sell me food, and closed the window. I was so shocked and angry. I opened the window again and asked for his name, and he told me to call him whatever name I could imagine and then closed the window again! I don’t know how to take this; there’s no basic service mindset or courtesy. It’s depressing to see a large company falling apart because it can’t manage its employees well. As someone in business myself, I find it very unfortunate and upsetting. I sincerely hope they will provide proper service training again.”

I have never been to a Popeyes that has been so unprofessional a day in my life!!! I ordered food here for the second time to give them a chance from my last experience and it’s the same thing just a different day. As a customer who is paying for food I should never ever have an experience of somebody snatching a bag of food out of my hand because somebody can not read or check an order to make sure everything is in there. Nor should a worker catch an attitude with me because I would like to check my food before I leave. If you do not like your job being in a customer service industry then do NOT work in customer service!!!

Let me start of by saying I love popeyes, I eat at the one near my house all the time and the food is great. Just happened to be in this area for work and said Popeyes is a safe bet I’ll stop here for lunch. The guys working here was quick but the food was just trash… Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was dry, stale and chewy I could only eat bits and pieces of it but hey at least the fries was ok… Idk what happened but man was that a poor excuse for a sandwich… I hope it gets better Popeyes is better then this.

Zero service and serious food safety issue.
This location has zero customer service. I found an object inside my chicken meal, which forced me to stop eating immediately due to safety concerns. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of quality control.
Food safety is non-negotiable, and this experience was disgusting and disappointing. I will not be returning, and I strongly warn others to be careful.
