George’s Pizzeria, Bella Vista – A Diamond in the Hills
George’s Pizzeria at Bella Vista is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates truly distinctive pizza and quality Italian-inspired dining. The menu is large, eclectic, and refreshingly unique, offering combinations you don’t see everywhere—making it hard to choose just one dish.
We tried the Stanhope pizza, which was absolutely sensational and easily a standout, showcasing bold flavours done right. We also sampled the chorizo risotto, which was very tasty and well seasoned, though the rice was a touch too al dente for our liking.
Service was a real highlight. Alexis, who looked after us, was delightful and impressively knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
The restaurant itself has a stylish, upmarket feel, and while the prices reflect that, the quality, atmosphere, and experience justify it. George’s Pizzeria truly is a diamond out in the hills and well worth the visit. ✨

Massive mind
We recently visited George Pizzeria in Bella Vista, and overall it turned out to be a solid experience. The place has a warm vibe, friendly staff, and quick service, which set a good tone right from the start. We ordered the Señorita Pizza, BBQ wings, and a lime soda, and the total came to around $70.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the pizza. The Señorita Pizza was unbelievably soft, fresh, and flavourful — honestly, much better than what we expected. The base had that perfect balance of softness without getting soggy, and the toppings were generous. If someone loves a well-crafted, comforting pizza, this is the one to go for.
The BBQ wings, however, didn’t reach the level we expected. They weren’t bad, but compared to the pizza, they felt a bit underwhelming. Maybe a stronger marinade or crispier texture would have made them stand out more.
The lime soda was refreshing and balanced the meal really well.
Overall, except for the wings, everything was really good. George Pizzeria is absolutely worth visiting, especially for their pizzas. We’d definitely go back again for that Señorita slice alone.

5 of us came here for dinner for a night out! Pizza is cooked perfectly and the crust is amazing. We ordered the GF el chapo, ali ba ba and the italiano to share. Size large is good. Only thing that could be improved is the service as they aren’t so friendly but besides that food is spectacular. I would also recommend making a reservation !

Two star meals at five star prices. This place used to be good. However the last two times we’ve ordered food its been very sub par. Tonight’s order was two pastas and a pizza. Pastas were dry, flavourless with a big glob of cheese dumped on top. Pizza was flavourless and rubbery. Unfortunately, a place that used to be a family favourite (delivered and dine in) has now become a case of we will not be back. The prices do not reflect the quality of food here anymore.

Happened to stumble onto George’s as our original plan fell through and we loved it. One of the girls serving was lovely handing out dough for my girls to keep while we waited for our food. Everything was delicious with generous portions. We will definitely be back!

My first visit to George’s Gourmet Pizzeria with a friend after a long day at Runs for the Hills event.
Good food and great pizzas. We shared fettuccine (oglio olio) and mushroom & truffle pizza (delicious!).
I found the pasta serving was very small but it was very tasty, I love garlic. The mushroom & truffle pizza was so good, we both inhaled it.
Service was just OK. Although friendly and helpful, they did forget our drink order and my friend had to go inside to get some service.
I really love their food, so I think I would come back again to try all their pizzas!

My family absolutely loves George’s Pizza. The food is always delicious and fresh, the staff and so welcoming and warm with fabulous service. We recently ordered some giant slices for our teachers & staff at school for our Staff Day and they couldn’t stop commenting on how good the pizza was. They were especially helpful when it came to accommodating all of the dietary requirements for our catering order.
11 out of 10 would recommend Georges for a good meal and for catering events.
