Some times it’s a 5 star, great fresh fast food. If you don’t check your bag and verify your food is in the bag , you will 50% of the time be missing food. Every 5th visit your food won’t be fresh. 3 Star for this in my opinion. For the price should it be less or more?

Splendid restaurant I’ve been going to for years currently Completely ruined by the choice to replace the drive through order-taking with an AI. It does not work, change it back to a human immediately
Edit to note that while the drive through bot was inoperational, the staff were Excellent, and got everything sorted for us. Took easily twice as long as it would have if ordering had worked, but I must shout out their incredible work and kindness

I pulled up to the Wendy’s drive-through on Main Street in Waltham and ordered two large Diet Dr Peppers and six mini Frostys, each with a free Frosty keychain I bought to support a cancer donation. I was just trying to bring Frostys back for my kids, but the whole experience was a nightmare. I sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes because the employee couldn’t figure out how to remove the Frostys from my bill due to the keychains. When I handed him my credit card and the keychains, he dropped everything on the ground, and I had to squeeze out of my truck in a tight space, bend down, and pick everything up for him. They just sat on the counter for 15 minutes while people behind me were honking, waiting for their orders. Eventually, since he couldn’t fix the bill, he gave me everything for free, said “have a nice day,” and closed the window—but forgot to give me back my credit card and my keychain. Definitely not the service I expected.

Solid Wendy’s location. I went there yesterday and it was busy. Took a while to complete my order. But their customer service is good.
It is on the larger side. Lots of seating options and clean store overall.
I like their spicy nuggets and cold brew. Fries were good too.

There is always a problem with my order or they are always out of stock on certain drink options and the solution is to shrug and tell the customer to pick a soda instead. The attitude of the drive thru staff is very off putting and it almost seems like they could care less and want to just get you out so they can attend the next customer. As a former Wendy’s Supervisor I believe some adequate retraining on customer service would help this location significantly. Contemplating ever returning.

Well first of all they messedup my order. Wrong items, gave me toppings I didn’t want, left out toppings I did want, fries were stale just all around not a good eating experience. Normally that wouldn’t be enough for me to come on here and use my free time to write a review but the worst thing was that after I paid $38 and change for very horrible meal, my card was charged again for about $7.50 later that night. I call to tell them this and get my money back but there was a significant language barrier with the person I spoke to over the phone and ended up taking the L as it was not worth the extra time I’d spend getting it back especially considering I don’t live in Waltham. I love this chain and the one near my home is excellent and its a shame I cant say that about them all. If you want to get ripped off for bad food, this is your place. Otherwise just spend your money elsewhere

Why is the service at this Wendy’s location so slow? The drive-thru service has been unbearably slow at this location for years. They recently installed an automated drive-thru attendant, which in theory should help speed up the wait time, but it hasn’t helped at all.

Today, I was in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes. It took 15 minutes to reach the order screen, and another 15 minutes to reach the pickup window. If anything, the automated drive-thru has actually made wait times worse than before (which is saying a lot if you are familiar with how long the wait times at this location have been historically). Speed up your service, Wendy’s! This is supposed to be fast food, 30 minutes of waiting is unacceptable.

Also, why are your employees so confused by the Gold Peak Brewed Tea? I’ve ordered this item twice recently, and both times, the person at the window had no idea what I was talking about. It’s on your menu, your employees should know what it is.

The staff are incredibly rude and slow. Unfortunately, it was an uncomfortable experience. When I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise, I was only given one packet of each. Also, I felt judged by their looks. I won’t choose this branch again. The food tastes great, though, but the customer service is very poor.

Placed a mobile order for this store and waited for 10 minutes at the drive through for the AI to connect me to a person before giving up and canceling my order. When I canceled the order the app said my order was picked up instead of canceled so Wendy’s basically stole my money.

The worst experience of my life in a fast food restaurant, I ordered two chicken burgers at the drive-thru. When I took the first bite of the burger, I felt something very strange and different because at that same moment I took it out of my mouth and reviewed the burger, which The chicken was completely uncooked, it was the worst thing that could happen to it, I will never return to this place.
