Not good. Another fast food place with barely adequate food and employees who just hang out and provide minimal service. They don’t care about the customer. That is obvious. Fries were nasty. Burnt, barely warm, tasted gross. Burger was edible, but nothing to write home about. Drinks were overfilled so when you took your first drink shirt got all wet. Lackluster is a good term for this location. Lackluster food, Lackluster service, Lackluster. Avoid. You can do better and your worth more than what this place can offer.

Travel through for work. I didn’t check my order after getting down the road I discovered my corn dog was not even edible. It was hard as a rock. Very disappointed . Now I won’t have any dinner tonight.

Service seemed slow based on how few customers there were, it almost seemed abandoned. Burger toppings were slightly incorrect which was shame since I only ordered a burger meal and some chicken bites.

They will have your food just chilling inside. Apparently if you park in a mobile spot and mark it in the app you still have to call them to make them bring your order out. Waited outside for 20 minutes in 90 degree weather with the windows down. I finally got tired of seeing cars pull into mobile spots next to me and drive away with their orders so I called them. Not even a “sorry about the wait”. If your gonna attempt an order from sonic just drive the extra few minutes and try one of the others.

Nice service, a little off the main drag in town, clean with plenty of parking/order stalls. Lots of outside shaded sit down tables also.

I stopped by here on a whim this morning because I hadn’t had sonic breakfast in a while. My last few experiences around the US were not great, or even good for that matter. But today was different. The food was as delicious as I had built up in my mind. And the young lady working the window was so pleasant and cheerful, it has already made my day better.

I go there twice a week for a soda in the mornings. Get the soda and if I get food correct, hot, and decent time. Evening shift I noticed ( this is when only maybe no other customers to maybe 2 cars through drive thru. Ask for a very small order of a soda and fries. Easy ice and ended up with the whole cup full of ice and little soda for a little over $5. I get it may be difficult with trying to get it fast through, but a small order for Evening shift seems to be a hassle. I really think the employee should grow from mistakes that customers vent and pursue in becoming better in the job. Yes I know these are younger people that may not be going to make a career being in customer service in the long run. But, it does get the employees to understand any job is important and customer relationships. Wether they choose any job we have customers that we satisfy. The more good reviews we get back the more the place of business is looked at with respect.

This location needs to be shut down. Tried to give them another chance. Placed order on app for two drinks at 1128, and immediately checked i; after 20 some minutes I had to push the button to get someone to acknowledge me but first she told me to wait a minute. I kept seeing cars pull up get their stuff and leave on, and I could see employees in the kitchen dancing and playing on their phones. Finally she came on after I pushed the button again and asked me what I ordered, The girl came out (with zit stickers all over her face- gross) was rude and when she brought my drinks out I asked her how long they’ve been sitting there, because one was a slush, and she rudely buffed said “I don’t know” and walked away. Finally left the parking lot at noon. This location needs grown ups to manage these kids.
