Took 20 minutes for the waiter to come tell me they couldn’t make my frozen strawberry margarita bc they didn’t have a blender. I said oh ok just on ice then.. Another 20 minutes pass… still no appetizer still no drink. All the staff are just lingering around. A sheriff and her husband sit behind us. Same waiter takes their drink order. Brings them beer. Tells them oh I’m sry I couldn’t find the bartender! Never got my drink never got my appetizer never took my order I walked out. Worst experience ever.

Horrible Experience – Our Vacation Was Ruined. In January, we were excited to take our kids for first ski trip. Everything was going well until one dinner completely ruined it. My eldest son ordered a chicken sandwich from Wings & Rings and took it back to the hotel. After one bite, he screamed in pain — the sandwich was rock hard. I ran out of the bathroom to find him crying, blood streaming from his mouth. One of his teeth was nearly knocked out.
The sandwich was so hard it didn’t even compress when I squeezed it. We rushed back to Wings & Rings, but the staff said the manager wasn’t there. Only after I insisted did they give me a contact number.
That night we drove for hours trying to find an emergency dentist, without luck. My son was in terrible pain and couldn’t eat. The next day we finally found a dentist nearly an hour away. By then, our entire vacation was already ruined.
We sent all medical reports to Francois, but heard nothing back for months. I have to keep sending the messages to him. Finally in May, Francis told us they wouldn’t take responsibility. Throughout the process, I had to chase them for replies, and their attitude was incredibly dismissive.
One sandwich ruined our whole trip, and the way they handled it was beyond disappointing. We will never go back.

Tasty traditional wings paired with blue cheese dip. I ate ten wings by myself. In addition, I ordered two sugar free red bull. I will return for dessert. Service was excellent. The Korean shrimp appetizer is excellent. The service is excellent.

Great place to get some wings with family and friends. We had a large party of 18, so understandable that some dishes would cool down. Recommend just get food to table when ready for large parties. Most people would prefer that over some cold dishes I think.

We have came to this location a handful of times and recently the last 2 times we have been, the service is terrible. We waited for 15-20 minutes, no one acknowledged us. We’ve had to go up and ask someone to serve us. This past time, we waited 15 minutes. No acknowledgment, no drinks. We told the host no one has helped us yet, and then we waited another 5 minutes, again no recognition. We decided to leave. The servers have 0 awareness or care about their customers

We loved this this location, which is why this experience has been so disappointing.
I placed Order through the Wings and Rings app for delivery. The food never arrived. When I called the store, I spoke with a manager who identified herself as Jessica. She stated the location does not deliver food, even though the order was placed through their own app for delivery and I have received deliveries from this location before. The interaction was not friendly, and the call ended in a way that made it seem like I was hung up on.
Since I still had no food or resolution, I drove to the store myself. The restaurant was not busy, yet I stood at the front waiting for help while staff were in the kitchen talking. When Jessica came out, she again insisted they do not deliver. She brought another employee with her during the conversation, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I showed her the order on my phone and explained that I simply wanted a refund. I was told the refund would be processed by Sunday night or Monday at the latest.
It has now been six days. I have emailed the store and completed their customer survey. The only response I received was an automated email thanking me for my feedback. I have not heard from a real person, and I still have not received the promised $74 refund.
It is extremely frustrating to have to go to this extent just to get a refund for food that was never delivered, especially from a place we have supported and enjoyed for years! A situation like this should have been handled quickly and professionally. Instead, there has been no accountability and no customer service.
I cannot recommend this location. Customers deserve better.

I have to say that this place was on our very top of our list. However, today we had fabulous service, very good food, but the place is dirty. We were seated and had to ask someone to clean the floor. Sad. They used to have “busboys” but I don’t see them anymore. Sad. Tables end up not being cleaned and floors dirty. Not enough staff for how busy this place can get. Aftterall, they are right off the interstate.
Bathrooms need a bit cleaning too.
Needs more attention to detail. The food was very good, but makes me wonder if the place is dirty, how is the kitchen??

Have been here several times no issues or complaints. 2/20/26 walked in was seated in a timely manner. Almost walked out filthy isn’t the word for it. I can understand food crumbs on the floor after a full day, but the black grease on the edges of seating and walls was disgusting then the nasty greasy haired employee in the restroom that barely washed his hands before returning to the kitchen was awful. The smoked wings I ordered should’ve been tossed in trash 6 hours ago and everything my kids ordered was barely edible. Disappointing that the only wing joint in the area has become this horrible. Very disappointing.

Arrived for a curbside delivery at stated time. Sent text, got a reply that food would be right out. Waited 10 minutes. Nothing. Called the restaurants voice line. It rang for 5 minutes with no answer. Walked in 20 minutes after order was supposed to be ready, waited up front until someone came up to the hostess stand.I told them I was there for an order and that no one was answering phone. They, the manager I think, explained that they were short staffed and that she had been back in the office. I understand being short staffed, but if that was the case, why was the manager in the back office when customers needed service and staff needed help? Odd priorities… Food was good though but this location has often had issues with service…

Stopped by on a Saturday night during the Reds game and Game 3 of the Pacers Celtics playoff series, expected it to be crowded. Place was empty. When we were asked how many we said 2 and the hostess asked two different servers If they wanted a 2 top, both said no. We ended up at a table in the middle of the floor right by the kitchen entry and exit.
After seating I asked the hostess if the games were on TV because I didn’t see them anywhere, she said she’d get back to me. Never saw her again.
On to the food – I ordered the shrimp basket and the wife had the tradition wings. Both were sub par. Very small dry wings and some shrimp that looked like it was from a TV dinner.
On the good side the waitress was friendly and food came quick. The place seems nice and new.
I’d recommend skipping it if you are here to watch a game or have good food.
I won’t be back.
