I seldomly eat fast food but each time I visit this location, the experience gets worse. The customer service is lacking, they’re frequently out of simple items like BBQ sauce, and there always seems to be a problem when trying to use rewards. On top of that, the food quality just isn’t what it used to be. This location honestly needs to do better or just shut it down because obviously someone isn’t doing their job.

(This is a review for the Wendy’s on GA Hwy 20 N in Conyers ,GA.)
I went in to place a to-go order. It was right at the beginning of lunch service (about 1035 or so). There was nobody else in line at the counter, or ahead of me waiting on food. One item I ordered was a Baconator double cheeseburger. When I received my food I went to the drink/condiment counter to check the food. I opened my burger and could not see the bacon. It looked like a double cheese burger with ketchup & mayo. I took it back up to tell them that there was no bacon. She brought it back to me & told me that it was on there in 2 places (middle & top). I looked again & sure enough there were 2 little, sad, small pieces of bacon in both places. This sandwich looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu that had bacon hanging off the burger and the sandwich was all high and everything. This sandwich was all squashed and the hamburgers were dry like they’d been pre-cooked. I thought getting there at the beginning of lunch I would get hot, fresh patties. I paid over $8 for this crummy sandwich! That’s ridiculous! The girl that waited on me did not speak unless she had to and never smiled or showed any pleasantries at all. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I will not be back to this Wendy’s!

This use to be such a good location years ago but it has went down tremendously. Customer service is terrible, at this location it’s a lot of young adults with the most nastiest attitude for no reason at all.every time I go it’s like being like an inconvenience no greeting ,not welcome to Wendy’s on the intercom it’s always you can go ahead it kills me because they are the ones that applied for a customer service position where you was aware you will deal with the public so it’s not our fault you decided to work there. The food is always cold and old because they don’t care. The only ones that get fresh food is their lil friends that come in and get freebies. Wendy’s are closing a lot of locations and I see why.

Horrible experience! The tall light skin manager with the horrible braids and eyelashes was so nasty because it took forever to get a frosty I walked in for a refund she gone say attitude walk off then the dark skin female followed up with walk out attitude all because THEY DIDNT MAKE MY FROSTY and I have somewhere to be the store was completely freaking empty and I see why they’re horrible and can’t do their job it was a young guy in there kicking trash around like a soccer game

Went back today. I can’t make this up. The wrapper says no mayo no cheese and it’s still on there and they didn’t even give me all my order.
Be careful serving the breakfast sandwich to your children. I took two bites and I’ve been spitting out egg shells with every bite. Took the food back and they said they dont know why I’m spitting eggshells. If it’s not egg shells then what do yall have in my food?!

This place has been awful for years but literally can’t stand the service the most.
I rarely complain about places but this was just bad
I rolled through and waited as literally only the second person in line? Nobody looked to have been in the drive thru for a while before me and the person in front of me pulled in together, they took their order and then I proceeded to wait after pulling up way too long to get my order taken, but it was night crew so I wasn’t too unhappy with that, but when I pulled up to the window, I had to wait to even pay and one girl was just nose deep in her phone leaning against the counter and two other guys just standing around with her, while the other girl proceeded to be the only one doing her job and serving me and letting me pay, when I got home I was hoping to try the new tenders but when I opened the 3 piece box I was met with 2 overly crispy tenders and a crunchy little ball of crust as the “third piece” can’t make this up, I literally avoid this place like the plague because of stuff like this but this was the worst I’ve ever seen.

Construction ongoing in the parking lot which could limit amount of parking but not an issue on our visit since we went through drive thru. Attendant had lackluster enthusiasm but the person could’ve had a long day. Ordered two biggie bag specials. Food was hot and tasted fresh so overall experience was satisfactory.

GARBAGE !!! ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! I just left there ordered 2 Dave’s singles and a new cajun chickem sandwich. One burger is completely raw !!! And they left the paper on the cheese on the chicken sandwich. This is absurd how bad this place is please save your money and go elsewhere!

Very dissappointing visit. I ordered a large fry, and the container was less than half full. The fish was hard also. The only thing that was decent in my meal/visit was the chocolate chip cookie and the service.

At 1561 GA 20, walked in at 5:00PM and seen 3 employees rolling a “joint” AKA weed, in the dinning room at one of the tables. Definitely will not be going back to this location.
